Jan 31, 2025 · Napakaporn SanguanhongWe have two Maltese dogs and our experience with Heart of Chelsea HK has been exceptional. Dr. Papaioannou is incredibly caring and takes the time to address all our concerns. The entire staff is kind and patient. We've worked with many vets in the city, but the commitment to compassionate care at Heart of Chelsea is unmatched. The follow-up is also excellent, with Dr. P. regularly calling to check on our pet and provide guidance. We're patients for life – Heart of Chelsea truly lives up to its name!
Apr 24, 2025 · Joseph AmodeoMy dog began getting sick last week, they made becoming a patient quick and easy, when he became worse they were able to get us in quickly. I had concerns because my baby is reactive, they help get him in and out with no issues, even making sure the waiting room was empty so he could walk out muzzle free after being there all morning. They treated him with the sweetest utmost care even though a lot of people are scared of reactive dogs and Dr. Romeo kept me updated every step of the way.
May 06, 2025 · Elizabeth SwisloskyThe Vetrinary saved my dogs life. Used to go to BOND VET- they could not figure out the simple problem that was wrong with my Frenchie. 1 visit at this vet and 2 weeks later he is fully healed. They don’t try to steal your money ( unlike bond vet) they’re so so great!! So glad I tried them out 100% the only vet I’ll go to moving forward!
