Countryside Veterinary Hospital: Koski Kayce DVM Reviews
They are twice as expensive as my old vet and really pushed giving my 14 year old dog a lot of vaccines all at once. He has not recovered healthwise and has been going downhill since. He usually loves vets, but they didn't even say hi to him first. They just grabbed him.
August 11 · Tracey MartinVery displeased with their service, had to put down my 14 year old cat on Saturday they gave him the injection then left the room to come back two minutes later and say it wasn’t working as quickly as they’d like and they needed to take him in the back to him give another one and they would bring him right back. Long story short they brought him back 10 minutes later in a box. My animal should have been able to take his last breathes peaceful with his people with him not in a loud space in the back with random people and laughing.
March 11 · Paige EngererWe called on Thursday to let them know that we would be coming in to put down one of our cats. It was an emergency, he was not in good shape at all. There response was that they had too many "emergencies" to help us. Called on Friday just for them to tell us that they were still too busy with "emergencies." Our cat ended up passing away at home while we were gone. All alone and who knows how much pain he was in. I guess other emergencies are more important than ours. It takes 10 minutes to put a pet down. Couldn't be anymore displeased.
January 22 · Jacob VyseRecently brought in a possibly sick dog. Pricing was good and they even offered cheaper options (sending out lab work versus doing the labs on-site). Looks like we finally found a vet worth keeping in our area.
October 13 · Scott KonuszewskiWe took our West Highland Terrier to the vet in July and she has not been the same since then? We believe that she was abused and miss treat it and now she’s afraid of everything! I would not recommend this Veterinarian hospital because of the situation with our dog yet today! We truly believe because she was Miss treated and abused during her visit at the veterinarian hospital!
