★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We have been coming to VCA since we relocated to Brighton 2 years ago, and we've always felt the team here took great care of our senior pup, Toby. He was usually seen by Dr. Riddle and she was very good with him (and us!). When it came time to think about Toby's best interests, she was very compassionate and validating without pushing us in any one direction. Meghan was equally supportive about our situation, and she helped me immensely at Toby's last appointment. When the time came to say goodbye a few days later, we were heartbroken, but felt that the office had prepared us as well as possible. I was so relieved to see Meghan, knowing she would support Toby AND us through this difficult time. Dr. Andrea was kind and compassionate that day as well. As all pet parents know, it is heart-wrenching to be in that situation. We are incredibly grateful that we had the team at VCA to guide and support us like they did. They did everything they could. For all of us.
March 28 · Susan TWe've been taking our fur babies here for two years now. It is always a positive experience here with all of their staff and Dr Lee is great! They are always calm and eager to help with guidance whether it be an emergency or a general well visit with our girls. I definitely recommend this clinic and it is also super helpful to purchase a care club package. It curbs some of the much needed care costs along the way.
July 15 · Jacquelyn CopenhaverWhat dog isn't nervous about going to the vet? Dr Richter and all the vet techs are very accomodating, respectful and careful interacting with Blue. They read his body language well and do everything they can to keep him at ease. Sure cost is always a concern, but everything seems reasonable to us, and they are happy to tell you up front individual item costs and let you decide without pressure. TMI: Blue has had blocked glands a few times, and we're never sure if it's happening again. The vet techs have checked him several times for no charge, if he didn't need to be expressed.
February 17 · DaleVery professional and kind. I took my cat there for the first time and they were very clear with their explanations and very friendly towards my cat. Since it was his first time at that vet he got a bandana with his clean bill of health
July 23 · Zayd AbuhamdanThe vets and all the people that work at VCA Brighton are so compassionate and so kind. It shows in everything they do, from answering the phones, scheduling, and checking in. They find a way to fit you in when you need them. They take the time with you when you need it. And for us, they made a very difficult day for us so much better when we had to put our dog down.
