Veterinarian
- Blood Work
A CBC quantifies white blood cells, responsible for your pet's immune system, and red blood cells that carry oxygen through your pet's body. It also measures platelets, which allow your pet's blood to clot, avoiding hemorrhage. In addition, some blood tests can also identify the presence of parasite
- Diagnostics
Veterinarians use a variety of veterinary tools to diagnose disease, to monitor disease progression or response to therapy, and to screen for the presence of underlying disease in apparently healthy animals.
- Digital Radiology
Digital radiography is used to examine your pet’s organs and their reproductive, cardiopulmonary, urinary, and gastrointestinal systems. This non-invasive procedure produces images that allow a veterinarian to get an in-depth look at issues that are affecting your pet.
- Laser Therapy
Laser therapy is used to treat acute and chronic conditions as well as post-activity recovery. It is also used as another option to prescription drugs, a tool to prolong the need for some surgeries, as well as pre and post surgery treatment to help control pain and swelling.
- Microchipping
A Microchip ID is a small computer chip, about the size of a grain of rice. It is implanted under the animal's skin, between the shoulder blades. Unlike other forms of identification, a Microchip ID cannot be removed or lost. Very often, pets slip out of their collars or lose tags.
- Pet Dental Care
Dental health is very important to your pet’s overall health, and dental problems can cause, or be caused by, other health problems. A physical exam combined with appropriate laboratory work can determine if infection in the mouth has occurred. Schedule your pet’s dental exam today.
- Pet Wellness
Regular Wellness Exams Are Important. Early detection reduces the severity of diseases like kidney disease, arthritis, diabetes, dental disease, obesity, and ear infection.
- Rabies Vaccine
- Spay And Neuter
Spaying is the removal of the female pet's reproductive organs, while neutering refers to the procedure for male pets. When a female dog is spayed, the vet removes her ovaries and usually her uterus as well. When neutering a dog, both testicles are removed.
- Vaccinations
Vaccinations prevent diseases that can be passed between animals and also from animals to people. Diseases prevalent in wildlife, such as rabies and distemper, can infect unvaccinated pets. In many areas, local or state ordinances require certain vaccinations of household pets.
- Veterinary Surgeons
Veterinary surgeons in general practice carry out a wide range of tasks from promoting and maintaining the health of animals through to diagnosing and treating sick and injured animals. Other tasks include: Operating on sick or injured animals. Neuter animals to prevent them from breeding.
- X-Rays
X-rays are a form of electromagnetic radiation, similar to visible light. Unlike light, however, x-rays have higher energy and can pass through most objects, including the body. Medical x-rays are used to generate images of tissues and structures inside the body.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 15 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a wonderful experience at All About Animals Veterinary Clinic in Flatwoods, KY. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for—both as a pet parent and a person. While I was there, I also had the joy of meeting three sweet kittens that were up for adoption. They were absolutely precious and clearly well cared for, which speaks volumes about the compassion of the clinic's team 🖤It’s clear that everyone at All About Animals truly loves what they do, and it shows in the way they treat both animals and people. July 21 · Sarah AnneThis clinic, staff and vet were very professional, knowledgeable and expeditious to my pet's emergency. I came in the door with my pet in an emergency crisis in my arm, he was truly between life and death in the moment. I ask for help and the staff immediately took him from me and took him to the back with NO questions ask. I had never been there before. I was scared and looking for a vet, driving like a bat out of xxxx. The first place the vet was out to lunch, All About Animals was the second and I'm so thankful they were the one's we found. I'm sure my absolute best friend was on his last breath when we pulled in, he just fell over on his side and looked terrible. Like I said, I rushed in they took him immediately and they saved his life !!! I didn't mind paying his bill of 825.00 and 250.00 and the Animal ER for his overnight stay that was necessary. He was worth it. We have to slow pay some utilities for a month or two, pawn or borrow. The point is, I know the vet can be expensive but they do need to be paid for what they do when they do it. They are saving your pet that you love as family. They are the first, second, third bill and so on that people WILL NOT pay after services have been done. They have a practice to keep open and bills of their own to pay. If they aren't paid, then we don't have great, caring vets !! Just think about it. Thanks you All About Animals, and Mickey thanks you.Kindest RegardsLee Chester
May 09 · herbert chesterThese guys are great. They took good care of us when we had to have our older car out to rest and they just spayed our young girl. Highly recommend
March 10 · Melissa FranklinThey saved my dog Chimera's life. They got her in immediately and kept me updated the entire time she was there. They listened to all of my concerns and explained everything so I could understand. She doesn't usually like strangers but she LOVED the employees. I will be taking her daughter to this vet as well from now on! I will never use a different vet. You can tell they care and aren't just there for money. 5/5 PAWS🐾
February 23 · Julia BecknerWe can't express enough how grateful we are to Dr. House and the entire team at All About Animals for the exceptional care they provided to our sweet cat, Penelope. From the moment we arrived, we felt heard, supported, and confident that Penelope was in the best hands possible.Penelope had stopped eating and drinking for almost three days, and we were understandably worried about her health. Dr. House quickly diagnosed her with a temporary condition and reassured us that with the right care, she’d be back on track. The compassion and expertise they showed throughout her treatment truly made all the difference. From Mindy at the front desk, who was warm and welcoming, to the entire team who cared for Penelope overnight, we felt a sense of trust and comfort every step of the way. We appreciated the regular phone calls with updates, which helped ease our minds. After Penelope returned home, the team went above and beyond by following up with daily check-ins to ensure she was recovering well. This level of dedication and personalized care is rare, and we felt it deeply.Without Dr. House and her incredible team, we honestly don't know if Penelope would be with us today. They not only saved her life, but they also gave us peace of mind during an incredibly stressful time. We cannot thank them enough and will absolutely be back for future visits. It’s clear that All About Animals is more than just a veterinary clinic – it's a place where your pets are treated like family. Thank you, Dr. House, Mindy, and everyone at All About Animals, for everything you did for Penelope. You have our deepest gratitude. If you're looking for a veterinary team that truly cares, look no further than Dr. House and her amazing team at All About Animals.
