Dermatology for Animals - Gilbert Reviews
We saw Dr. Ahmed, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was incredibly thorough, taking the time to review all of my paperwork, listen to my concerns, and perform a comprehensive exam. She clearly explained our treatment options, from the most basic to more in-depth care, without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Most importantly, she made my usually shy dog feel comfortable and at ease. It was clear she genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. A truly great experience all around!
Jun 06, 2025 · Stefanie StrykerI CANNOT express how much I adored working with the whole team here Dr. Parsiola was hands down the most genuine animal provider I have ever encountered with all of my animals. She truly makes her patients her own family in her heart. Unfortunately my sweet Maxwell had to be put down but our Dr. was so patient with the care of Maxwell and the extent of his terrible illness. She very lovingly expressed options for us and even when I was unsure and back and forth, she allowed me to have that room to do so. This team was very quick to communicate anything we needed and Dr. Parsiola was hands down on top of everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better team for our sweet boy who we will miss tremendously-thank you.
Sep 02, 2023 · Crystal DAdamoThis place is phenomenal. The staff is kind and caring and the doctors are amazing. They listen well, and they involve you closely in your pet's care, making sure you understand what is going on.
Mar 26, 2025 · Tiffanie PDr. Lewis and all the Doctors and Vet Techs are AWESOME!! They listen to you and come up with a plan to treat your pet. The front desk staff needs some additional training. When we went in on Dec 26th, three times they gave me someone else paperwork. It had their name, address and other information on it. Each time I told them it was NOT US. Then I Friday the 27th I received a text message saying my pets medication was ready for pick-up. I sent a text back asking why I was not given the meds with the rest of the meds I received the day before when we had an appointment, the texted back again saying I had something for pick up, so I called. Several times they told me I had meds for my pet. Finally I said they better triple check their records. They came back and apologized that the meds they were contacting me about were indeed for another Pet. This could have been extremely dangerous if I would have not questioned this and picked up the meds and gave to my pet not to mention the meds the pet in need did not receive.
Dec 30, 2024 · Kim FliehmannAfter numerous appts. with other Vets we finally know what is wrong with our kitten. Dr. Lewis and all of the staff were extremely comforting and professional with our kitten "Alix" and she is now being treated for this rare disease and showing signs of improvement. This is exactly where Alix needed to go and we thank everyone at Arizona Dermatology for Animals for the excellent care we all received.
