While all experiences can vary, public feedback provides a perspective on certain aspects of a practice. For Dr. Andy Lombardo, D.V.M., some themes emerge from customer reviews that highlight particular features and areas for consideration:
Focus on Basic Veterinary Services: The reviews suggest that essential services like vaccinations and general checks are completed. For pet owners primarily seeking routine preventative care, these core services appear to be available.
Staff Interaction: Customer feedback indicates varying experiences with staff responsiveness at the front desk and a more direct, firm approach by veterinary assistants and the vet during examinations, particularly with nervous or sensitive pets. This suggests an emphasis on completing necessary procedures, which might involve physical restraint.
Cost Considerations: One review highlights that the cost for certain procedures, such as neutering a male cat, was perceived as significantly higher compared to other clinics. This suggests that pet owners should inquire about pricing for specific services beforehand to manage expectations and compare costs.
Environment and Pet Comfort: Feedback points to potential challenges with maintaining cleanliness in public areas and a less-than-comforting approach for anxious pets. This is a consideration for owners of sensitive or "headshy" animals who may require a gentler, more accommodating handling style.
Efficiency in Completing Checks: Despite concerns about pet comfort, the clinic generally manages to complete the necessary vaccinations and checks, indicating that the fundamental veterinary tasks are performed.
These observations are derived from customer feedback and reflect specific experiences. Prospective clients may wish to discuss their pet's temperament and any specific concerns regarding handling or cost directly with the clinic prior to an appointment.

Dr. Andy Lombardo, D.V.M. Reviews
Appointment was ok. There was a spot in the lobby that had been urinated on by a dog and not cleaned well, so my dog also urinated there. I asked staff for a paper towel and they acted confused, then I cleaned it up myself and stood there with a dripping towel for a minute or so waiting for one of the staff to show me a trash can. Front desk staff wasn't particularly responsive. When my appointment started, the first action of the vet assistant was to scold my dog firrmly because she had tried to push her hand away from her face with her snout and the tech had perceived this as an attempt to bite. That is fine but throughout the appointment both the vet and the tech made no attempts to comfort or accommodate my headshy and nervous dog. They tried to wrestle with her to look at her teeth, and restrained her against me when checking her ears and vaccinating her. There was an emphasis on forced compliance over accommodation. Overall the appointment was ok, she had her vaccines and checks were completed for what they were able to check. I don't recommend this vet if you're looking for someplace to take a very sensitive pet or a pet that has a difficult personality.
Jun 08, 2024 · Stephanie DukeJust want to add my 2 cents about this place. I took in a stray male cat & he needed to be neutered, so I brought him here. This place was a joke. They pretty much had no clue what was going on, even though there were like 2 clients there - NOT busy or anything. VERY DITZY STAFF. And they charged me OVER $400 to neuter a MALE CAT!!! This included a few vaccines, but OMFG - I almost fell to the floor in shock when they gave me the invoice. Yeah - NEVER again. I never even paid that much to have an 80lb female dog spayed (at a different vet.) The next 2 cats I had to get spayed/neutered - I took to them to The Spayed Club clinic & paid $60 each for them, which included all their vaccines.
