It is always advisable to call ahead to discuss new client registration and appointment availability to ensure the smoothest possible experience for your pet.

Enosburg Veterinary Care, LLC highlights several key features that contribute to its standing in the Vermont community. However, it’s important to acknowledge that client experiences can vary, and some aspects, particularly front desk interactions, have received negative feedback:
- Exceptional Veterinary Expertise (Dr. Annie Wagner): Dr. Annie Wagner is consistently lauded as "one of the best vets" by highly satisfied clients. Her compassion and knowledge are frequently praised, indicating a high standard of medical care and a genuine love for animals.
- Caring and Professional Staff (Veterinary and Support Staff): Many reviews highlight the staff as "caring," contributing to a positive experience. The website emphasizes their passion for animal care and client relationships.
- Spotless and Low-Stress Facility: The clinic facility is described as "spotless," promoting a clean and hygienic environment. Furthermore, they actively strive to create a "low stress environment" with a "spacious facility and friendly staff" to keep visits comfortable and calm for pets.
- Fair Prices: One positive review specifically mentions that the "prices are fair," which is an important consideration for many pet owners seeking quality care that is also accessible.
- Individualized Patient Care: The clinic emphasizes listening to clients and providing individualized care tailored to the specific needs and lifestyle of each pet, including senior patients.
- Comprehensive Diagnostics: Their new facility hosts a fully equipped diagnostic laboratory for same-day blood and urine analysis and digital radiography, enhancing their ability to quickly diagnose and address health issues. They also collaborate with external labs for more in-depth testing.
- Long-Standing Client Relationships: Testimonials reveal deep, long-term relationships with clients, some spanning over 17 or 20 years, who express immense trust in the team, even through difficult times like losing a pet.
On the other hand, it's crucial to address the significant negative feedback regarding front desk interactions. One review describes a "super rude and disrespectful" front desk individual who was allegedly more concerned with billing and pricing in an emergency situation than with the pet's immediate health needs. This suggests a potential disconnect between the highly praised medical staff and certain administrative aspects, which can significantly impact a client's overall experience, particularly in stressful circumstances. While this appears to be an isolated but strong criticism, it’s important for prospective clients to be aware of this contrasting feedback.

Enosburg Veterinary Care, LLC Reviews
Dr. Annie Wagner is one of the best vets I’ve ever gone to. The staff is caring, the facility is spotless, and the prices are fair. Very happy to have found this practice. The only negative is they don’t really take new clients often.
May 06, 2025 · Brian KaplanLady at the front desk was super rude and disrespectful. Told me to stop man planning her. While I was in the middle of a emergency worried about my dog asking them to help me with a blood test. She was more worried about how the vet would charge me on price then carrying about the health of my pregnant frenchie about to go in lahbor luckly I figured it out. It's just sad that 90% of these vets only care about money and ripping you off making you jump through hoops. These people only care about money and being mean and nasty on the phone do not go here. They will put there wallets and ego first and your pet second.
Mar 21, 2025 · Stuart DavisCame to you on Friday because my dog was having seizures and you refused to help her. After you refused, she had 6 back to back seizures after that day, and today, she was gone! Thanks for nothing!! Not only did you let my dog suffer, but now my family is too on Easter!
Mar 31, 2024 · Savannah GrattonWe had to put our cat of 13 and a half years down. The people there were so supportive of my wife and I. They even sent a condolences card a few days later.
Nov 07, 2023 · Jarred WoodVisiting from our of town for the holidays. We had an emergency and this group was great. Shirley and the team were so helpful and extremely kind. If I lived around here, I would definitely be a regular customer with my pets. Grateful for them.
