GoodVets Apex (Raleigh) Reviews
Had a wonderful experience, they are super kind to the dogs and worked amazingly with my rescue pup. They take the time to ask you everything before you agree to anything. Thankful to have found a good group to take care of and check up on my doggos.Added: they do not make your dogs get on a table for the exam or shots. This has to be the best thing they get on your dogs level and provide a comfortable environment. Instead of a metal slippery table that's scary! My Brodie was thankful for that keeps alot of stress out of the situation. Thanks Lexi for letting Huxley leave half a pound of fur on you :-).
Apr 17, 2025 · Clarkson RitenourGreat experience with the team at Good Vets, they actually care for your pets the way they have treated our dog Ollie.Since day one for a regular checkup we had a great experience and coming from other Vets I can see and difference how they manage the process of taking care of your pets.Unfortunately Ollie's teeth had gotten bad over the years even though we tried everything to avoid them getting bad and having to do a deep cleaning. The team at Good Vets cleaned his teeth and did an amazing job without having to extract any teeth or any damage to his mouth. We are very happy we found them and will continue to trust them with Ollie.
Apr 29, 2025 · Michael SchottI recently took both my dogs to GoodVets for their yearly exam and preventatives and I was so impressed with the knowledge, compassion, and care by Dr. Call and her entire team. Right when you walk in to the reception area, the front desk assistants were so friendly and professional (making sure to keep other pet patients separate as they walk in/out of the areas to avoid any confrontations—such a thoughtful approach I’ve never seen at past vets!) My two dogs warmed up to Maddox immediately :)Since the clinic is somewhat new, there was hardly any wait for Dr. Call to come in and do the exam. I imagine that may change in the future but it’s still well worth it. Dr. Call was so kind and listened to all my concerns regarding my senior Shiba. Her and her team were so patient with her and as a result, Ruby had a very positive experience. Likewise, my younger doodle Archie also loved the team and all the attention.I highly recommend GoodVets if you’re looking for a vet in the Triangle. We know our dogs are in very good hands!
May 23, 2024 · Alexa LeDr. Freitas has been caring for my dog Daisy, for the past year, and I can’t express how grateful I am for her compassion, expertise, and dedication. Yesterday Daisy became sick with acute gastritis and Dr. Freitas and her team went above and beyond by fitting her into the schedule on such short notice.Despite the busy day, she made time to see Daisy and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. The team at the front desk also called to update me throughout the day and was helpful in answering all of my questions. This very stressful situation was made so much more manageable due to the good vets team.Daisy is already feeling so much better and I can’t thank Dr. Freitas and her team enough. I highly recommend GoodVets to any pet parent looking for a kind and knowledgeable veterinarian. I can’t thank them enough for the amazing care they have provided Daisy over the past year-Charlotte Whipple & Daisy🐾

My pet had a laparoscopic procedure, and it couldn’t have gone better—quick recovery, minimal discomfort, and excellent results. They combine top-tier care with genuine compassion. So glad we found them!
