★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Only good thing to say about this place is they were able to get us in same day. Took our dog in who had been sick wanting to find out what might have been wrong, but we were not hopeful of a positive outcome. We were brought back to a room right away which was nice. The tech that was messenger between the vet and us could not get details or pricing correct when she was talking to us. Once the bloodwork came back it was determined he had pancreatitis. No mention of if the other bloodwork showed anything. I did not care for how the vet talked to us about what could be done and suggested we should have gotten a smaller dog since the large size of ours would be more costly to care for. Said it would be $2000 for a treatment. We asked about putting our dog down since he is older and he has not been himself for sometime. She said he still has fight left in him and suggested change of diet and some meds since we did not want spend a large amount on a senior dog with no promise it would cure. Told us our total was $320 with the meds but no idea where that number came from and ended up being $465 when checking out. Our dog really had a lot of fight at the vet, but we know our dog and the vet should have taken that into account when we asked about putting down. But I am glad she talked us out of it because we were able to take our dog to another vet where they were compassionate and were able to make his end of life process perfect and peaceful.I found a new patient review on their website. There were negative choices for the reception staff, but only positive choices for the vet and tech. How do you improve if you can’t take negative criticism. The person who answered the phone and the front desk employees were the only ones I have positive things to say about. April 06 · Chris H
- My dog is 15 and has a lot of pain from arthritis so we tried acupuncture here with massage. Just picked him up and He looked So Happy and was prancing! Thats a big deal for Skotshi because he’s usually so stiff. Love it. Dr and staff are friendly & professional which I appreciate. Looking forward to his future appointments knowing he enjoys this place so much & the treatments are helping pain management August 05 · Krissy D
- I would give this practice less than one star. The veterinarian is a pretentious kind of rude. They will rake you over the coals on medicine parkups and unnecessary dog food and basically anything that they can mark up 100% they will...that's just the pricing...I've known 2 animals under her "care" if you call it that, that have died and shouldn't have. When a customer tells you the dog is drinking tons of water....ya think she would test for diabetes...nope. dog died. It was mentioned but she quickly dismissed it saying the dog dont look diabetic, looks healthy....didn't do labs. 3x the other dog was in for frequent urination and labeled it a "behavioral issue" misdiagnosed urinary tract infection. Dog went septic and died. What concerns this vet most is how posh and "upscale" her clinic is, how much money she can get out of you, how well she is dressed...who the heck wears dress clothes to take care of animals??? She's there for your money, not your animals best interest. June 03 · Private
- Wonderful group of people, they have homemade doggie treats, candles , and a variety of dog and cat food. You would not know it is a Veterinary Hospital. August 29 · Karen Wells
- They are okay in services and products. All vets are the same as far as my experience goes. There have been the occasional time or two when my pets came home in worse condition than I left them in, but I suppose things just happen. July 19 · SisterDear
