Highland Animal Hospital: Bostic Berry DVM Reviews
Just had a horrible experience at this hospital. My mother brought my dog in to complain about his eyes. We were sent away with some eyedrops for excess discharge in his eyes. A few weeks later, I noticed my dog bumping into things. When I called to ask about the doctors notes for his last visit, we were told that he would need to come back to get reexamined. This time the doctor took a closer look at his eyes and informed me that he was going blind. Why wasn’t this caught he first time we had his eyes examined. We had left our dogs there to be bathed in the morning and did not receive a phone call to pick them up as it was getting late. I called the hospital at 4:45 to check on the status, one of the associates had asked me to come by and reminded me that they closed at 5:30. This became an issue because I live 35 to 40 minutes away. When I returned to the hospital I was informed that they lost my credit card information to secure the payment. The doctor was also quite short when I wanted to ask questions about my dog, reminding me that they close at 5:30. I will no longer take my pets to this hospital due to the incompetence of the vets and the unprofessional staff.

Dec 19, 2022 · Diana MaciasMy puppy had a real serious skin infection that apparently had left a big open wound on the bottom of his neck. When I called I found out they were accepting walk-ins and as soon as I got him there to be checked they were ready for him within minutes. Lokyy my XL American Bully had to be sedated in order for the area around his neck to be cleaned and they did their job flawlessly. The Veterinary Doctor called to give updates as to the problem and the medication they would be prescribing him helping me to relax alot. I was absolutely worried the bill would be astronomically high, my worries were wrong especially for everything they did to make sure my boy was taken care of. Absolutely amazing staff that do an great job and don't charge an arm and a leg to keep our 4 legged friends healthy. I truly am thankful for you all there at Highland Animal Hospital!
