Horrible experience. I would leave no star if I could. My dog smells like diarrhea because this place which is also a grooming place left my dog in his dung and covered it up with nasty perfume. We spent $660 on neutered services and used dogs cones for 4 dogs. All I asked was for a proper receipt and the man cut me off and said this consent form would justify as proof for my dogs Insurance to cover it. He told me to take pics of consent and I said why can't you provide copies and he said your not going to tell me how to do business. He also told me to leave because I was irate. This wasn't the bald man but the white guy older with white hair. I can't be we spent so much money which I don't need to explain how hard that is with a mortgage and for this man to be so rude and disrespectful is unreal. Don't take your animals here. Not worth the drama. - Phillip Hockett III
