How can you tell someone: it’s your fault you didn’t properly read the Google result? When someone is having a dying animal in his/her hand begging for help. Sorry but if I am in an emergency and I see an address I would more likely do the same.What you do is amazing. Don’t destroy your great work with these kind of responses!
April 29 · J BNot at all what I expected. The vet was informative. I wanted to bring my dog in. I thought they were in Washington DC... she was MESSAGING ME FROM HAWAII!!! I paid 29$ to not speak over phone but text messaging in an emergency. When I googled 24 hour vets KwikVet showed in my area. I will NEVER use this service again. And when you register you must give a cc number! Seriously!! Go to your very in your area ~ NOT NOT NOT through an APP! Ugh! DO NOT GO THROUGH AN APP BASED VET!
August 18 · Anthony VarrecchiaNOT A CLINIC AT THIS ADDRESS. I paid for the teleconsultation and started a chat. After explaining our dog’s symptoms there was no response. I video called and got a hold of someone who was driving a car. The vet hadn’t looked at the symptoms. So I explained again. Then he just told us to go to a vet. Good advice. So we’re at the (actual) vet now. Which is what we would have done anyway. Kwikvet added no value and does not exist at this address. Not worth your time.
