Lebanon Animal Hospital

This isn't an animal hospital. No place that would let your pet suffer or die if they don't get their money upfront can be considered an animal hospital. They can't even treat your cat for fleas because their medicine doesn't work. They are insulting and crappy. I am disabled and this WAS (past tense) my cat's doctor, but they wouldn't see him unless I paid UPFRONT. I can GUARANTEE I won't ever spend any money there again. I told them their medicine didn't work, and they did nothing. 'Hilda' was the name of the last person I spoke with, and she is obviously inept. She thinks she is a doctor since she told me I should give up my cat, and my cat is literally PRESCRIBED to me. Don't waste your time here. Find a vet that cares. All these people care about is dollar signs. Yes, I had to take my cat to other vets so he could be treated because this "animal hospital" couldn't let me pay when I got the money. I have been treating my cat, no thanks this "vet," at other vets. I'm disabled and it is hard for me to travel, but thankfully, others have taken me to reasonable vets out of this area. These people are the absolute worst about money I have ever experienced. I will never tell anyone this is a good vet office because they don't care about the pets or the people. Observe the reply when their product doesn't work. They don't offer refund, they only care about the 80 dollars to walk through the door. I guarantee that I spend more of a percentage of my income on my pet than Hilda does, or anyone that is in that vet's office. It isn't easy for me to care for my Alfi, and these money-hungry jerks don't make it easier. And, by the way, I had Alfi there within the past 3 years. I have the paperwork. Maybe this "animal hospital" should keep better records. - Marsha Bird
