★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Everyone at LocalVet Urgent Care is the absolute best. Our normal vet in West Fork actually directed us to LocalVet one afternoon when they were about to close. We’ve now had several emergent visits over the last few months, and Dr. Coffey and staff are always compassionate and supportive. At each visit, we’ve been seen quickly, and the course of treatment was explained thoroughly. I also appreciate the follow-up calls checking in on progress. Customer service and compassion go a long way! August 19 · Rachael Frisbie
- Never in my lifetime have I seen the level of genuine care, compassion, and empathy provided by the doctor and staff at LocalVet Urgent Care. Their love for animals and compassion for those animals' humans is beyond compare. My Ginny went into labor in the middle of the night on a Saturday. Things seemed to progress well until the first pup arrived stillborn. Ginny did everything right, but her body simply stopped her labor.Concerned, I looked for an emergency vet in the area. I got to LVUC before they opened. Austin saw us out there when entering the building to start the day and opened early to care for my girl. He took us right into a room, listened attentatively, and discussed first steps to determine what comes next. Dr. Coffey came in, explained what they were seeing on the xrays, and that surgery was required. There was no expectation that the remaining pups were alive. When I got a call that Ginny had done wonderfully and one pup survived, I was thrilled! When I got there to pick Ginny and her baby boy up, Austin and Dr. Coffey were absolutely wonderful! They were detailed in aftercare, medications, and follow-up and genuinely rejoiced with me that one of Ginny's babies survived.I would recommend these kind and compassionate, animal-loving souls to anyone! - I cannot thank everyone enough for the kindness and compassion that you showed my children and our Toby as he crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday. The gentleness and kindness of Dr. Coffey as he spoke to our buddy and my children will always be appreciated. The patience shown so we could love on our best friend is unmatched and getting to stay right next to him until he crossed over was a gift. Everyone Toby came into contact with treated him like he was their own. Thank you for caring for our sweet boy and helping him rest. March 23 · Karyn Yates
- Took my Chihuahua & Yorkie in for a chronic issue, saw Vet Tech Austin Sharp and Dr. Coffey. They made me and my dogs feel very comfortable. They did a very comprehensive exam, did a great job of determining their issues and needs while making them (and me) as comfortable as possible. Their choice in treatment and medications were right on, my dogs were already starting to feel better that evening.Staff has a great upbeat and compassionate personality. I would highly recommend, and I will definitely return if needed. July 14 · Sandy Dillard
- While visiting from out of state, my sweet doggy developed a scary problem with her eye... Saturday after 5pm. Thank goodness we found LocalVet Urgent Care, online. We called and they said come right in. They met us at the door and put us immediately into a room. Liz took all of our info quickly, kindly, and very efficiently. The vet, Dr Coffey, was very thorough examing my girl, explaining everything to us as he worked, and gave us options on her treatment. The whole experience was very impressive and quick. Every staff member we met was super nice to us, and very loving to my girl. I'm glad we found this option of the Urgent care vet, as it saved us money and probably waiting time at a full Emergency vet. The only thing that would've made the whole Saturday night experience better is if the office had a margarita machine! Definitely will recommend this place to everyone! February 26 · Carol Dickinson
