★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Process getting in for spaying/neutering was easy and simple, although in person experience was very different. It does not matter if you get there first or last at their “flexible” 7-7:30 drop off, as well as their pick up time. Expect to wait at least an hour for both drop off and pick up. For people who have reactive/nervous dogs it is VERY chaotic during drop off so prepare for that. I took my 6 month old dachshund who is very social and friendly to everyone- after this spay appointment she has been much more noise sensitive and cautious since going here. The check in process is very rushed, they told me she had 2 baby teeth still needing to come out, then magically when she was under it changed to 5. It’s $15 per tooth so that adds up, never once did they call me the whole day to let me know of this extra cost until pick up time. My dog had the green tattoo marks all over her head/neck, which confused me because they only mark on their stomach area. She is a long haired dachshund so also they butchered her hair on her stomach so unevenly, I am hoping it grows back normal. Her incision was not fully glued together (they said was normal but this makes the healing process longer). Lastly, when I picked her up, she had so many dried eye boogers and under one of her eyes her fur was so matted by dried tears from crying, which I feel they could had tried to wipe at least. Anyways, I will pay more for a vet to do so versus this clinic.
July 11 · Gabrielle BirgeSo appreciate this team! They are efficient, kind and get you and your pup in and out as quickly as possible. I appreciate their very reasonable vaccination costs!
August 17 · Christy JenningsI take both my dogs for their yearly shots. The walk in clinic wait can be pretty long but the price is worth it. The employees are sweet and patient. Parking can be pretty sparce during busy times though. But overall, I'll keep coming back. It's always been worth it!
March 16 · Amanda LittleGot my boy neutered here yesterday and he is doing well! However I do think they need to manage phone calls a bit better. They never answer the phone and I had a concern. ):
August 16 · Emilee AnnI've brought over a dozen animals through the low-cost doors, mine and not, over the years. I don't know what happened in the last year or so, but this place has gone completely downhill. A year and a half ago when the new facility had just opened, my reactive foster was brought in through the back door after checking in and paying, and I was called to pick him up before 3pm.I call at the end of last year to make an appointment for my 2 new rescue cats and ended up playing a 6 month game of phone tag with them over it ending in me going to the brownsburg clinic instead.I brought my friend here recently for her animals to get fixed, and the woman at the front desk was rude, pathetic, and downright braindead. She was presumptive and insulting regarding everything about the animals down to the pronunciation of their names. The check-in process took over an hour after pulling up to an over packed parking lot 20 minutes after checking in was supposed to start. The check-in process was chaotic at best. Someone came up with the hairbrained idea to have all the reactive and aggressive dogs be forced to wait in line, on leashes, without muzzles, until the very end of the check-in process. Two dogs ended up fighting because of this. Crazy. It's like these people have never seen a dog before. When picking them up, we realized the tests ordered on the animals were never done, but she was still charged, and the staff completely ignored the questioning about the results of the test, and there is no paperwork for them whatsoever. These people have lost their minds. DO NOT COME HERE!
