★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took my sweet kitty here for several months. Dr. Snook & Dr. Dugan got answers for my baby & helped me give her the best possible life until it was her time. When that time came, the staff was so exceptionally tender & kind, helping me feel as comfortable as possible while letting my fur baby go. They gave her back to me in a beautiful urn from Perkins Goodbye Hugs, which I appreciate more than I can express. They are truly good people - good at their jobs, & good at helping the humans that love their pets so very much.
August 19 · Brandi ByersStaff are quite friendly, considerate and to-the-point. Transparency was no issue and they printed a detailed estimate of the bill and what services they planned to (and did) provide. The spacious lobby allowed my dog to feel as comfortable as one could expect; when we got inside their workspace there was no hassle, either. Their new patient discount is also hugely appreciated. I would indeed consider taking my pet to Dr. Dugan and his assistants again soon.
August 15 · Erich ReinhardWe’ve been with Dr Dugan for 23 years, only the best for our pups! He is kind, caring, takes time to love on your pet and listen to your concerns. He is knowledgeable and a great surgeon. We always get friendly and time efficient service from all of the staff at Coastal Carolina Animal Hospital. From puppy stage to compassionate end of life care we have always been beyond pleased with the care of our fur babies.
July 18 · Christina WilliamsI really love the staff here! They are so sweet, friendly and care. I called with a little worry my cat was acting weird and they were able to get her in that same day they really try. I bring all 8 here. They work with you on appointment times, weirdly enough whatever they do when I bring a cat home it’s not world war 3 for days, my last vet my cats would fight and hiss for days after seeing the vet but not here.
July 28 · Brooke FordyceBest Veterinary in Wilmington! Dr. Dugan and his staff are amazing and extremely accommodating! I will always bring my animals to them! Plus they are a private practice!
