★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My kitten ate a lily plant and I called Madison Veterinary Emergency to ask what to do, and they said to bring her in to be on the safe side. The person at the desk knew who I was when I walked in and took me straight back to a room, and my kitten and I were seen literally immediately. I had a photo of the flower she’d eaten and the staff took the time to research the exact flower and then reassure me that while it was a type of lily, it was not the type that are toxic to cats, and that my girl was fine.In truth, I was a total basket case when we arrived — and every person I encountered here was nothing but graceful, compassionate, and kind. While I hope I never need emergency vet care, in the chance that I do, I know where I’ll be taking my babies.Gambit and I thank you. 🤍
August 29 · Reeselyn ThomasMadison Vet Emergency is a blessing! The team was so nice and helpful from the beginning, it really reduced our stress which helped our cat. Alyssa was incredible, she listened to the details, asked pertinent questions and communicated clearly through the entire time we were there. She is so calm and was so sweet to our vocal cat - it makes a huge difference when you trust the person you hand your sick pet off too for tests. And Dr. Moyers was equally as wonderful, clearly explaining what she found, the solution and follow-on actions. We were so grateful and impressed by how smooth the visit went. Our cat is getting back to healthy and it's all due to how great this team is!
July 10 · TeresaOur cat was dying so we rushed her here. She was treated very well by all the staff and we thank you. She was very much loved for her 21 yrs on earth.
August 23 · Shelby Franco5 star experience. I took our dog in on a Saturday morning. Very clean facilities. Well staffed and exceptionally friendly. Took great care of our baby. What I would consider very reasonably priced for an emergency room. Thank you for your caring, prompt, efficient care.
July 26 · DustinWe came in frantic with something we’ve never dealt with before. Dr. Moyers was so incredibly kind, and very professional. She assured us and our Doggo, then delivered us the best emergency care that we have ever had. If we ever run into another emergency with our animals, we will definitely be using them again. Their pricing was clear and very precise. We did not feel any price gouging or any Type of hidden/unclear fees. Everything was straightforward and we were able to approve everything prior to getting started. Hopefully, we’ll never be back because of an emergency, but if we do have an emergency, we will definitely be returning! Thank you, Dr. Moyers and the wonderful team on this past Tuesday night! He is healing as I type this!
