★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- We moved to Mission Oaks Vet from another local clinic based on a family member's recommendation and have never looked back. Dr. Miller has been taking excellent care of our dog for years, and more recently, Dr. Spadaro has been a wonderful addition to the team -- she really treats my dog like she's family. From the doctors to the staff, we are so fortunate to have had their support through various illnesses, surgeries, and chronic medical conditions. I affectionately refer to our dog as our firstborn, and we will always make sure she receives the best possible care! April 09 · Kaitlin
- I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about this vet clinic’s unprofessional customer service. Every time I’ve checked my pet in for an appointment, the receptionist has been consistently disrespectful, abrasive, and dismissive — acting as if customers are a burden rather than paying clients seeking care for their pets.Today was the final straw: I arrived only 14 minutes late (well within their 15-minute grace period), and the receptionist still treated me with unnecessary rudeness and a complete lack of basic courtesy. I fully understand if a clinic is busy and can’t accommodate a late appointment — that’s not the issue. It’s the way the message was delivered: with attitude, disrespect, and no professionalism whatsoever. If this person is miserable at their job, they should at least be professional enough to leave their personal issues at the door instead of taking it out on the customers — because that’s exactly how it feels. It’s unacceptable. To make matters worse, after treating me so poorly, they still had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule — as if anyone would want to after being spoken to like that. The receptionist is the first impression customers have of a business, and in this case, it’s a terrible one. Management seriously needs to reconsider who they have representing their clinic at the front desk. I will not be returning. April 25 · Jezabel0203
- The doctor here is fine, but the experience is completely overshadowed by the staff and receptionists. They are rude, unprofessional, and make you feel unwelcome from the moment you arrive. Their attitude comes off as disrespectful and careless, which makes it hard to trust the practice as a whole. Unfortunately, because of the way the staff treats clients, I won’t be returning. - Unprofessional and Petty – Avoid This Drama Queen CircusI spent over two months working with this clinic, put down a deposit, followed up multiple times, and made it very clear what I needed for my dog’s travel. A few days before the trip, I call to confirm one simple thing — the FROM address for a shipping label — and suddenly everything falls apart.Nicole calls me, and right off the bat her tone is off. She asks, “Where are you gonna stay in Germany?” I tell her, politely, “I’m not going to Germany — I’m going to Greece.” Her response? She snaps back in an accusatory tone, “What? You told me you were going to Germany.” I calmly respond, “No, I never told you that.”Trying to stay professional, I say, “I know you’re sick, but it’s not acceptable to talk to a customer like that — regardless of how sick you are.” Instead of taking accountability, she throws more attitude and immediately jumps to, “OK, do you want to cancel the appointment?” Then she adds, “You called this morning and were rude to my staff!” — which was completely false. Another baseless accusation thrown in to deflect from her own unprofessional behavior. She was acting like the task I needed — something critical and time-sensitive with my dog’s travel — was some kind of hostage she could hold over me. That’s not customer service. That’s petty and power-tripping.Then Dr. Miller gets involved, and instead of taking the issue seriously, he runs interference for his staff. More excuses — “Nicole was sick,” “her voice probably came off wrong,” “maybe you misunderstood.” He puts all the focus on defending her tone, and zero on correcting what actually happened. No one took accountability for the false accusations, the miscommunication, or the attitude I was getting from his team.I didn’t raise my voice until I was being accused of being rude — for no reason. I didn’t get upset until they ignored their mistakes and turned it into a blame game. This wasn’t just disorganized — it was completely unprofessional. If you’re looking for a team that owns their mistakes, communicates clearly, and respects the time and needs of their customers — this is not the place. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. April 02 · Mike Nia
- This is THE place to go if you want your pets treated like valued family members. They really love pets and understand that you are just a person like everyone else and walk you through each step in the proses of your pet's care. Their prices are also fair and affordable. March 17 · Jacob Pierce
