Moore Veterinary Hospital Reviews
I love this place! This is my second time coming here and both of my experiences have been great. The doctor must keep good notes because she greeted me like I was just in yesterday but it had been a year, remembering all the details about my boys. I love the layout of this place. It’s definitely set up with dogs in mind and a safe bet if you have a reactive pet. Right when you walk in you weigh your dog in the scale in the waiting room before you go back. Maybe it’s luck but I think they strategically schedule so that you don’t have to bump into anyone else or their pets on your way back. The doctor and her technician were both very patient and aware of my dogs energy/feelings and I knew they were in good hands. I really trust their recommendations and I feel that they really have your pets best interest in mind. You don’t even have to walk up to the desk again to pay. Someone comes into your room and after that you’re free to go. Which is so nice of you’re like me and have two big dogs you have to manage. It’s a one way in and one way out, just an overall streamlined experience. Couldn’t recommend it here enough!
May 25, 2025 · Paige DaultI brought my 14 year old Maltese in as a new patient with what I believed to be a respiratory infection. Blood work indicated severe liver problems, as well. The entire staff was kind, knowledgeable, and very understanding with what I was and was not able to do for my pet. The agreed upon treatment would be medication to keep her comfortable and hopefully to entice her appetite again. In the weeks of care for my dog, she has improved quite a bit on medication. If you didn’t know the blood work for her liver was bad, you wouldn’t even know my sweet, old girl had anything wrong. But, at her age and the levels of her liver function, we are aware our time with her is precious and limited. We feel like we are in very good hands with the staff and Dr. Hilton there while we continue to monitor and keep her comfortable.
Oct 06, 2024 · Alison KoselOur family LOVES Dr. Hilton. He is very focused on his patients and helping their parents understand what is happening. He presents information in a thoughtful way as to not cause unnecessary worry, which we really appreciate and value. He is very thorough and makes sure that we understand what is happening with our girls, why he is making the recommendations he does, and what we should expect. So happy he is at Moore! Also, we love the rest of the staff there! The staff who answer the phone are always so kind and helpful and everyone we encounter is so compassionate and kind. When they have to take our girls back for X-rays or bloodwork they treat them so lovingly. It really makes a difference when we are always worried about our girls.
Jan 16, 2025 · Angela OleksiakThe doctors and staff at Moore Veterinary Hospital has been like family for over 14 years! They have always taken such good care of our sweet Quincy. So grateful for them and all they do to make our visit pleasant and as stress free as possible for us and our due baby!
Oct 31, 2024 · Christine MonetteA little pricey, and was not able to solve my dogs allergies or help. Not sure why but when we took our dog somewhere else and got the same allergy shot, his skin instantly started getting better.
