★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Thank you guys for making me and my ferret feel like we mattered when everyone else turned us away. Thank you for setting me up with the place we took him to in Lancaster and being so kind as to not bill me for us being there. You guys absolutely could have charged me for the oxygen and glucose, plus the blanket but you all told me it was fine and to just hurry and drive safe and i will NEVER EVER FORGET THAT ❤️❤️❤️❤️Thank you guys so much. ❤️I still have the blanket, thank you ❤️He ended up not making it, but the way we were treated made the whole ordeal much better than it could have been for us. Thank you for giving him the love and care he needed to make it to lancaster so he could see the only exotic vet in the area. The drives were well worth it that day. ❤️
June 05 · AshleyThey were willing to take in an injured hawk I found on the road. It was already after 8PM on a Saturday and every other location was already closed or not willing to take a wild bird. I had to do what I could to get this guy the help he needed, and Newberry Animal Emergency Center answered the call! Still waiting for results but I'm hoping he pulls through! Wish him luck!
August 03 · Austin LucasWent here my dog was at end of life they got us in no waiting! Everyone was so nice and caring sent us a card signed by staff which made us feel cared for! We did private cremation and it was fast very affordable and we got a nice box with ashes, paw prints and hair! I was so pleased with the service. Could not have asked for better service.
July 13 · Karen QuitterWe took a kitten we found in a barn here because she was sick. When I arrived I was immediately put into a room. A vet tech came in and answered someone questions and then in about 10 minutes a vet came in and gave me all the info I needed. I signed the papers for treatment and in about 20 minutes our kitten was taken care of and I was leaving with what I needed to care for her. Both the vet and vet tech were amazing and answered all my questions. I went into this thinking I was going to spend an arm and a leg because it’s an emergency vet but it was very reasonably priced! I was in and out in about an hour.
July 17 · Autumn MaloneI had to take my fur baby Sheldon to the emergency vet, on a Friday night around 8:30. I called before I came in and even the receptionist made me feel at ease and we weren't even there yet. Once we got there, the process went so smoothly. My dog has some fear aggression and showed it at other emergency vets but, here he did not. I was completely nervous because I know he can be a handful but, they kept assuring me he was doing fine. They took amazing care of my baby and explained his aftercare in terms even i could follow. Thank you so much for taking care of not only Sheldon but, for easing my extreme anxiety also. Definitely would recommend this place. My mom also brings her dog to NAEC and she loves it there also.
