Peaceful Pet Passage Reviews
I can't even begin to thank peaceful passage, our vet and transport person. Saying goodbye to our dog was devastating, seeing him in pain worse. Our vet took the time to sedate him and bring his pain to an end so we could say goodbye. The transport person was so gentle and caring when taking our sweet boy it brought so much peace to my breaking heart. How these two wonderful humans chose this path I can't imagine but we are so grateful they did. The only thing we had to deal with was our grief. From appointment booking thru the end of our boys life, Peaceful Passage was the most professional compassionate humans we've met in a long time.
Mar 05, 2025 · Jenny AndersonOur experience with everyone involved was perfect. Everyone was so very kind and compassionate. Jesse was feeling protective and Dr. Mary was very kind and patient. I appreciate everything they have done for us during this very difficult time.
Nov 22, 2024 · Lisa JonesI was very selfish the last couple months with our dog Jax. As I’m sure everyone is also. When we finally made the decision I called peaceful pet passage. The lady I spoke to originally was so nice even through my crying on the phone just talking about the appointment. We decided to use their family suit because I didn’t want our young child to be present. It was absolutely beautiful. I wasn’t sure what to expect as our dog was the first dog we owned and got at 18. The Doctor was amazing and let everything happen on my time. Not even a week later we got a call to pick up Jax. My oldest son who grew up with our dog wanted to come along. The sweet lady that handles the desk was sympathetic to the fact I had my 7 year old with me. And was very careful with the wording she used. I really appreciated that. My husband and I both agreed we will be using peaceful pet passage in the future for any other animals. (Hopefully not for a long time).
Feb 13, 2025 · Autumn MaloneOur Bernese Mountain Dog had Degenerative Myelopathy (DM). We made the heartbreaking decision to have him euthanized. 😢 Dr. Mary came to the house and explained the process. She was very compassionate and made us and Bernie feel comfortable. She even made a paw print of Bernie which we could keep. After Bernie passed, Steve very gently removed Bernie so he could be cremated which is what we wanted.
Oct 02, 2024 · Mark HoskinsonI can't say enough about how compassionate and empathetic they were when I explained how Zod had been struggling and how I wanted him to pass in peace at home. The vet they sent was wonderful and she explained the whole process in a gentle manner even while myself and my grandmother were sobbing over losing him. But he got to pass with dignity and knowing he was loved, and that's what is important. As an additional gesture that touched my heart, they wrapped his ashes in a bit of the blankie I had wrapped him in before he was put in the burial shawl for cremation. I didn't expect that and when I saw it I cried because of how that was such a beautiful thing to do.The facility itself is gorgeous and the respect and kindness we were shown definitely made a massive impression. I can't say enough good things about these folks. Thank you for helping me through the hardest decision I've ever had to make.
