North Creek Animal Hospital Reviews
Great place! Both the vet and the nurse were amazing. They also have the convenience of texting. I hate that I don't remember her name however the nurse who checked us in was awesome. She was kind and tried to ease my fur baby's anxiety. I really appreciate her patience with my baby. The vet checked all my concerns and made us feel at home. I felt like I was dropping my baby off with friends as there was no cold treatment by any of the staff, which is what I’ve gotten from other vets. They even did a mini photo shoot with bunny ears for Easter! Will definitely keep my fur baby here for all her medical needs.
Apr 21, 2025 · Big RedOur puppy swallowed a small squishy ball playing in the pool one Saturday morning. Our regular vet was closed but Dr. Fritz and his team were open that day. We called ahead and Susan, the front desk helper, assured us the team would be waiting for us. The second we walked into the new, state of the art office, I knew our pup was in the best possible hands. Very long story short, we severed ties with our other vet immediately and now both of our Yellow Labs are being seen by the North Creek team. PS: Our puppy "gave back" the ball that day and has also since been spayed at North Creek. Surgery was a huge success and she's healing perfectly.
Jun 24, 2025 · Melissa VincentI have an anxious and big feelings pup. The vet and team were so great with her. They truly listen to concerns and come up with a treatment plan keeping your pet's best well being in mind and still effective. Highly recommend! Everyone was great! From the front desk, vet tech and vet, we had an amazing experience and interactions with everyone.
May 30, 2025 · Hannah ReitzDr. Fitz and his team are very attentive. He provides common sense recommendations and treatments. The team genuinely cares about their patients and go above and beyond. They followed up after our appointment to check on our dog. Dr Fritz's staff really like animals and it shows. The common sense approach to treating our dogs. We didn't feel pressured to pursue treatments that don't make sense given the advanced age of our dogs. Dr Fitz explained options and was up front about costs and risk/benefits
Apr 24, 2025 · Jennifer HartI hated the thought of having to find a new vet when the one I've used for years abruptly closed, but I truly appreciate the care we have received thus far at NCAH. Little details and personalized care really matters, and the staff all take their time to focus on our pets and listen to us. Dr. Frits seems like the perfect fit to take care of our girls! Nothing about our appointment was rushed or hurried. My dogs weren't anxious at any point, which was awesome!
