Jun 28, 2025 · Tori BrightDr. Burroughs is a compassionate, reassuring, and deeply kind person. She's also an EXCELLENT vet. We had to say goodbye to our 17 year old puppy dog Beau yesterday. Shann and her support staff made the whole process (communicating with us, scheduling etc) as easy as possible. Beau was never in any pain, not stressed, and got to be in his home with his family at the end. Truly grateful to have had her help us on this difficult and painful day. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️ Lisa & Chris Wallace, Raleigh NC.
Apr 07, 2025 · Lisa WallaceI highly recommend Dr. Burroughs. She was able to come to our home to help transition our 16 year old dachshund Jasper peacefully. She was caring and helped us walk us through each step and allowed for us to grieve. She was amazing during this hard time.
May 13, 2025 · Ian EvansDr. Burrough was a true blessing during one of the hardest moments of our lives. When it was time to say goodbye to our 16-year-old Westie Maggie, she was kind, calm, and compassionate — it really felt like she understood what we were going through. She never made us feel rushed and answered all of our questions. We are deeply grateful for the care she gave to Maggie and to us. She truly has a gift for helping families through loss with grace and empathy.- The Morgan Family
May 07, 2025 · Sarah MorganDr Burroughs and Houston were absolutely amazing helping with a sudden decline in our 12 year old dog. Houston quickly responded to our text at 9pm and helped set up an appointment the next morning while being so kind and understanding of how hard of a call this is to make. Dr Burroughs came with all the compassion and care you would wish for in this incredibly difficult situation. She made the whole process feel very peaceful with absolutely no feeling of being rushed which can’t be overstated enough. She was incredibly informative of the process and expectations throughout her time here. She gave great insight into what the cause of such a sudden decline could be and reassurance that it was the best call to make for our sweet boy. My husband and I don’t have enough good things to say about this practice and staff throughout the whole experience from start to finish. ❤️
