Northwest cared for our last rescue kitty for years before she passed, then a year later when we adopted another rescue, they really help us after our 3YO kitty jumped off the exposed ceiling and hurt its paw. The front desk answered every call, and even after mom messed up an appt and dad showed up early, they made the radiograph work. Our kitty is all better with pain meds. Dr. Thompson is lovely even when we were annoying. Thank you for dealing with our level of pet panic a day into our new rescue being home! - Pasado C
