★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Frye and his dedicated team truly care about the well-being of your pet. Dr. Frye is sharp, experienced and insightful in practice and it shows with the level of care he provides. His knowledge into how to best care for our dog after receiving a complex diagnosis made all the difference. He and his staff called to check in with us after each visit. I have no doubt Dr. Frye treated our dog with the same love and compassion he would have his own pet. We are so thankful to have met Dr. Frye and everyone at Partners Animal Hospital!
May 17 · Laura MiddletonI never intend to be a destination in the universe’s cat distribution network, but here I am. After Helene, my neighborhood’s community cat colony lost their primary shelter, and the caretaker tried to stick it out in the driveway, but a few months in he just gave up. After a new threat to their survival by aggressive, roaming dogs, we had to move quickly to rescue the colony and figure out how to best care for them. We’ve tried several rescue groups, but they are all overwhelmed by the continuing need in this area. However, with folks at Partners and the support and encouragement of individuals like Amanda, we’ve managed to save the kittens born right before Helene all the way through the ginger boy that’s been here for years.Amanda has been incredible. Her love for animals drives her to probably do too much to help any that cross her path. I’ve followed her from another office to this one, and she has guided us through process of catching cats, providing advice to triage each individual cat by need and level of threat, and bring me back to earth if I get overly worried about minor medical needs. With her professional guidance and kind heart, only one colony cat still avoids capture (he’s extremely fearful and rarely comes out into the open). Without vets like PAH and supporters like Amanda, we could never have been successful. I can’t begin to say how grateful I am.The pic is of a 9 month old boy (a kitten from the pre-Helene litter) that took a hard impact to his spine and would not have made it without a calm, swift response and assistance to get him through the emergency. He’s fully recovered and living the good life with his new human (also a sucker for a kitty in need).
June 19 · Levee BreaksHerWe have been so happy with the care our dogs have recieved from Dr. Frye and his team! Everyone you interact with is so kind and loves your pet like their very own. Our kids love coming with us to see the cute signs and greetings that the staff create to welcome your family. Our golden retriever has been anxious with previous vet offices, and we have never had that issue here. Abby always makes sure that he is comfortable with plenty of treats and love! Dr. Frye is extremely knowledgable and always spends time making sure our questions are answered. We love our dogs like family, and it’s great to have found a vet that does the same.
May 29 · Makenna WyattThis office is lovely! Clean, organized and all the staff are so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable! My dogs have seen Dr. Frye and Dr. Early-both are top notch. The office sent a thank you card after our first visit and they do dry erase boards with pet names and customized hand-drawn pictures of each pet patient. They even have a beverage station for pet parents! I cannot say enough positive things about this practice. Thank you for taking amazing care of our dogs :-)
