★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1UrgentVet recommended me to this clinic, and I’m so glad they did. This place is truly the most affordable. I wasn’t expecting them to be this affordable, especially during an emergency, but they worked around my budget without hesitation. My pit bull, Lucky, swallowed a rope toy and needed emergency surgery. At first, the price they gave me was way beyond what I could afford, but they listened and found a way to work with me. In the end, I paid $1,000 for life-saving surgery, and I couldn’t be more grateful. They handled everything with care, and I was able to pick Lucky up at 1 AM. The vet who helped me — I didn’t catch her name, but she had brown, curly natural hair — was so amazing. I could tell she was a little scared of Lucky at first since he showed some slight aggressiveness, but she really tried her best to stay calm and take care of him anyway. That meant everything to me. She explained all of Lucky’s medications one by one, made sure I understood, and asked if I had any questions before I left.As a little surprise, they let me keep the toy they removed from Lucky’s stomach as a souvenir. That might sound weird, but it’s something I’ll always hold on to — a reminder that Lucky made it through.I’m forever grateful to this clinic. If you’re facing an emergency and worried about cost, go here. They truly care.
July 28 · Kirsten HowardThey did an amazing job comforting me and my pup when she needed to have one of her eyes removed. She had been playing with my other dog and I think his nail scratched her eye. Later in the day it had gotten infected and they said they could not save it. I knew she was in pain and they advised me this was the best option because if they tried to save it there is a high risk of reinfection. I just wanted her to be out of pain ASAP.They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. Their fees were so affordable compared to other places and the staff was very kind. My dog healed perfectly!I highly recommend this place for your furry loved ones.
June 28 · Cat T.The staff here is amazing to say the very least. They weren't even open yet and Mariah came to see what I needed and helped me while I waited for Dr. Penelli. Elizabeth, my vet tech listened to all my questions and concerns and never once made me feel like I was taking to much time or asking silly questions.I arrived at their door, full of tears and uncertain if my beautiful cat Dusk was going to make it through labor as a kitten was stuck. They were so patient, knowledgeable, and caring, before long my fears were put to rest. I will definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️ Thank y'all so much for everything. Really. Words cannot begin to express my gratitude. ❤️❤️❤️ Hands down the best veterinary hospital I've been to.
July 14 · Roseanne N. PleasantA low cost vet that is truly low cost. The vet tech brings your pet to the back to be seen by the veterinarian, so your interaction is really only with the tech but they are knowledgeable and great at answering questions as well. We were expecting a higher bill with how clean and new everything looks inside. So grateful that was not the case! We were able to get our outdoor cat treated for pretty severe dermatitis for a fraction of the cost we expected to pay.
August 17 · aznmangaaddictThey saved my Lillie's life. She needed an emergency C-section. My poor dog had been in labor all day and she started going into seizures and was having tremors. Pawsitive healing was the second place I had taken Lilly that day I was panicking because the first place couldn't help us!! But when I got there with her they rushed her straight back and immediately started working on her, she was in critical condition, her body was shutting down. Anyways she ended up having 9 babies which is a lot for a chiweenie especially this was her 1st litter. The babies didn't make it but my Lilly did and I am very grateful!!! Thank you guys for saving her life!!! Love you guys!❤️❤️
