Pet Dominion Reviews
We have so much gratitude for the great staff at Pet Dominion, especially physical therapist Justin. Our Norwich Terrier puppy, Carly, unfortunately broke her leg when she missed several stairs. Carly's surgeon recommended physical therapy after several operations to repair her injury. I'm happy to say that Carly is now fully functional and apparently pain free. I appreciated that there were quantitative metrics that were provided to me before and after starting therapy to mark the extent of her progress.Justin was great at explaining things and effectively rehabilitated Carly to full functionality. She went from being completely non-weight bearing on her injured leg to doing everything that a puppy wants to do, including making mischief. Although I primarily worked with Justin, I also want to acknowledge the kind and helpful Pet Dominion front-desk staff. Thank you, all!Picture of Carly after surgery and now fully recovered.
May 13, 2025 · Sarah BarakWe cannot thank the team at Pet Dominion enough, especially Justin, for the incredible care and rehabilitation provided to our 8-year-old Labradoodle, Maggie. After suffering a spinal stroke in January 2025 that left her paralyzed, we feared the worst. But thanks to Justin’s expertise, patience, and dedication, Maggie has made an astonishing recovery! From day one, Justin took the time to assess Maggie’s condition thoroughly and developed a personalized rehabilitation plan that gave us hope. Through months of hard work and consistent therapy, Maggie regained full function and can walk again—she’s even running! It’s truly a miracle to see her so active and happy again, something we never thought possible just a few months ago.The progress Maggie has made under Justin’s care is beyond what we could have imagined. His professionalism, compassion, and genuine love for animals are evident in every session. The entire team at Pet Dominion went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for their support throughout this journey. If your pet is facing rehabilitation, we highly recommend Pet Dominion —especially Justin! You won’t find better care anywhere else.
Mar 29, 2025 · Allyson EvansPet Dominion is such an amazing place to get quality care for your pets. My dog Luna had to get surgery for IVDD and we signed her up to get Physical Therapy for her recovery here, let me just say they are so amazing the front desk and staff, and the PT department was so unbelievable at always taking care of her. Everyone is so incredibly kind, professional, and understanding, I will definitely miss this place they took great care of my dog at the beginning of her journey she couldn’t walk but now she’s fully recovered and is doing amazing all thanks to her amazing physical therapist. The care is also very affordable and reasonably priced. Thank you guys so much for all you do!
Feb 26, 2025 · Gabriela KimI will always be grateful for Justin (Dr. Bassett) and the incredible care he provided for my dog, Lucius. When I first came here, I was nervous and overwhelmed, having just received the heartbreaking news that my dog was paralyzed. After letting him rest for 6–8 weeks, I decided to try physical therapy, and I chose this place because of the excellent reviews. It was a 40-minute drive from my house—a bit of a sacrifice—but it was worth every single trip. Justin was so kind and patient, even with Lucius, who can be quite a handful. Thanks to Justin’s amazing work, my dog, who came in with his back paws dragging in a wheelchair, left there spinal walking—and he still does to this day!I truly believe that starting physical therapy was the best decision I could have made for Lucius’s recovery. Thank you, Justin, for your dedication and care.
Jan 16, 2025 · Susan AI wish I could give more than 5 stars! Literally everything about this Veterinary practice was overwhelmingly positive. I found a kitten and didn’t know what to do, so when I called, Joe answered and immediately gave great advice. He was so kind and helpful. When I came in for the first checkup, everyone at the desk was immediately welcoming and friendly!! Tech Alexis was really calm and helpful when we were going over the initial information. Dr Brody was also extremely kind and knowledgable. Both answered all my (many many) questions and I never felt rushed or pressured. They also offered if I had any questions to feel free to reach out & gave great take away info pamphlets for me to read. They were really excellent, transparent, and I’m super confident my new kitten got the best care possible!! Literally looking forward to going back with in a month for her boosters. Would strongly recommend :)
