★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is by far the best vet I’ve been to. My family has fostered for years and have been to several vets in the area, including some far away. Plymouth is 110% the best place to take your pets. This is the only place I trust for my pets normal veterinary needs. Everyone on staff- from reception to all the way to Dr. G are kind, caring, and extremely personable. They treat your pets like they are their own, and I couldn’t have asked for a better practice. The prices are extremely reasonable- they tell you upfront what any cost will be, and they will not run unnecessary tests. I know my babies are in the best care here. Thank you, to the whole staff here💕
July 11 · Erica PattonMy family and I just started coming here the past year for our exotics and we couldn’t be happier with our service. Dr Swatek always did a through check on our animals and care deeply about our animals. Plymouth Veterinary Hospital has been the only vet that has ever called us to check in on our animals weeks and months after our visit. We appreciate all of the staffs hard work and we will be coming back!
February 28 · Gaby HamernikThe staff was nice but they quoted me a very different price than what they charged me. It was well over $100 difference. I understand things can come up, but this was no where near mentioned what it would possibly be.They didn't call and check in after surgery like they said they would. Luckily, we didn't have any issues, so I didn't need to call them. I give the front staff and techs 5 stars, but the billing situation a 1 star. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you don't care how much things cost. Those of us on a budget, this isn't the place to go.
February 21 · Teysha LeManskiThis is a great neighbor vet.The people who work here truly love animals and treat me and my dog very kindly. The office is very clean and comfortable. They are gentle and take their time to carefully examine my pet. They have been able to see my dog same day, and even kept her all day to keep an eye on her and take care of her during a scare when she was a puppy. They once offered me to bring my dog in for treats a few days a week simply to help her get used to females. They are great at calling and giving updates, following up, and checking in.The quality of care and the kindness of the team is the best I've encountered.
August 13 · Tiffany D.I've been to a few different vets and this is by far my favorite. My dog normally gets very anxious and will be shaking soon as we pull up to the parking lot. With the few times we've been to Plymouth Vet so far, my dog is not like that. She's way more calm whenever we come here. All of the receptionists are great! They're friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I like that this vet will make follow up phone calls after appointments to make sure things are going well. Nick is really great with my dog. He's very gentle and encouraging with her. She doesn't get scared or aggressive around him and will follow him as needed. Nick is also great at explaining things in detail so that it is easy to understand. When working with the staff here, I feel like I am always able to ask questions and address any concerns without feeling rushed to get in and out. I definitely recommend this place!
