★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been going to this place for well over 20 years. And most years I go in the summer to get my 4 animals flea medicine! No problems! This year I called to get their regular flea.medicine and I was refused. Told that because my animals haven't been there in longer then a year (because they haven't needed to go there!) They can't sell me any flea medicine for my animals which fleas can KILL an animal! I dont make a habit of spending unneeded funds on medical care that isn't needed. And last I checked it was over $50 just to take your pet in. So in my case it would be over $300 just to get flea meds for my animals! I think not. They just lost a loyal customer!
July 23 · Evelyn DyerPrescribed my dog medicine without seeing him for 2 years, then they wanted $55 for just the appointment, $40 to swab both his ears and then an additional $70 for medicine. They brought me in the back rooms to look at X-rays of my dog and I had to do their own job for them. They lack knowledge on dog anatomy. Feels like a scam going here everytime.
June 27 · James HeadWe were recommended this vet for our new puppy. The first visit I got told that because the puppy was a Petland puppy he would not be healthy, but he turned out to be just fine. a few weeks later he had to get checked out because he was favoring his right front leg so my partner took him back there to get checked out and all the vet wanted to do was complain about him being a petland dog and that we were feeding him too much and that was causing him to grow to fast and he had nothing but growing pains, that was on wednesday. By Saturday he could hardly use his back legs and walking/standing made him cry in pain. We had to take him to an Animal ER in Madison to get him checked out and 700.00 later he's on pain meds and steroids to hopefully bring down the inflammation in his spine. I DO NOT recommend this vet, he was more concerned and upset about us getting him from petland then he was with trying to help us figure out what was wrong with our puppy.
July 07 · Jessica DeubelI recommend this veterinarian. I have a 12-year-old miniature Chihuahua with special needs and even though he is a new patient, the doctor treated us like family, super professional and the experience overall was excellent Thank you doctor.
July 24 · liliana herboldThank you so much for getting us in the same day! We found a kitten with her eyes crusted shut and they were able to help us and get her eyes cleaned up! We named her Lady Crust! Thank you for your help and your kindness!!!
