The most wonderful staff! I have 2 labs and a red heeler. We are comfortable and feel well received every time we walk in, to the emails, to the information we receive. Very thorough, and they take their time to explain everything to me. Thank you for everything ❤️

Feb 15, 2025 · Zoe KingI made the decision that my ducks quality of life was declining after he lost his mobility. A decision I do not take lightly as he has been cared for by some amazing vets who fought to keep him alive. My appointment was at 3:00pm. I was told that I could not be present for the actual procedure because they had to sedate him with gas. They took Ollie at 3:25pm. At about 4:10pm I walked in and asked what was happening and if he was still alive I wanted him back. They insisted I talk to Dr. Thompson. First and foremost, she did not even know his name. She said they kept referring to him as "the duck." She proceeded to explain to me what took so long was that she could not get a butterfly line into his wing and she blew his veins multiple times. She then had to have another vet come help her. She also said that it was sign that he must have been really sick because his veins were blowing. I asked her if she was an Avian vet and her response was no. So, not only was she not qualified to help my duck cross over, she also assumed he was sick because she was unable to do the procedure. Her excuse for not coming out to me was she could not leave him because of the situation. At no point could anyone come talk to me apparently. Dr. Thompson is the worst vet I have ever encountered. No response from you could justify leaving a client in their car for an hour with not a single update. Her flip response compounded by her blank stare is all I needed to know. I made the worst decision trusting my pet would cross over peacefully. He was already wrapped in plastic and a blanket when I came in. I probably would have sat another hour if I had not checked. You are handling one of the worst experiences a pet owner could go through and you could not be bothered to know what his name was. That says volumes about a vet. You should change her bio where it states "Compassionate end of life care." My ducks name was Ollie and he was almost six. I raised him from a duckling and his end of life care was traumatic. He had a great life until the end when I trusted he would be cared for accordingly.
May 21, 2025 · Mary La CroixThis location is the best! They take excellent care of my pup, Bailey! We are a Military family here for a short time and I'm so happy we were able to find a nice vet.
