July 24 · Dawn IsleyDr Weldy’s is so nice! This is my first time having a dog, they take such great care of her, and help answer any questions I have. Shes happy and healthy!
July 07 · tiphanie reneeDo not take your dog to get spayed there unless you want them to die.Took our 18 month female dog to get spayed and she was never the same after. Took her back and they couldn’t find out what was wrong with her. Only gave her IV fluids. 1 weeks later she died at home in front of us. They will not own up to it and we are now out of $1200 and our fur baby. Please if you know any better do not take your babies to get spayed from them.
July 23 · Alisha PreziosioIn office care was amazing. No doubt on that. Unfortunately I had some after visit issues in regards to medications that were given. I called and the lady I spoke with could not help and said I’d get a call back. A week later I spoke with somebody but never solved the issue. I was told a manager would be calling me to discuss further…. It’s been 5 weeks now and I’ve place 2 follow up calls. The clinic got their funds from me and no longer seem to care about my animals health. Thanks guys!
August 10 · Laciennega AWe have been taking our 6 pets to weldys for the past 2.5 years. Our Vet Dr. Ephelin is amazing. You can tell she truly cares about each one of her patients and she is always attentive. I’ve never felt rushed and I appreciate how she explains things thoroughly. The lack of star is due to the front desk/reception. The one lady who has a short haircut and usually sits farthest to the right is amazing! She is extremely friendly and attentive. There is another woman who works there who also has only treated us with kindness and patience’s however the 3rd receptionist seems to strike out every time. She is extremely unwelcoming, over the phone she can be condescending and quite insensitive. In person, it’s not much better. When i take my pets in I actually try to avoid her at all costs due to the nature of her attitude. I was going to withhold from leaving this review however after seeing others comment similar behavior I feel the need to speak up as well.
