★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nice and friendly staff. The service Robinson Rescue provided for my fur babies, GiGi and Laila, was excellent. They provided reminders, updates, and answered any questions I had. The drop-off and pick-up process was a breeze. Thank you for taking care of my babies' spay surgery.
October 25 · April DrumgoleWe recently had our cat spayed. She would go into heat for weeks at a time and she was extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, she's a wild one and ended up with a slight infection post surgery. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and helpful. They prescribed her antibiotics and checked her out a couple of times afterwards. Any time I had a concern and reached out to them, they immediately responded and helped us. I really can't thank you all enough for everything! Every single interaction I had was pleasant & professional. Thank you all so very much for taking good care of my girl, Maple. She's back to being her crazy self! :)
June 02 · A WilliamsI absolutely would never take another pet to Robinson's. They tell you not to feed your cat. After 10 o'clock the night before surgery, and do they bother to feed them after surgery? Not at all, my cat was starving. When I finally got him home not to mention his entire kennel, it was full of piss and of course, it was all over my cat as well. That's gotta be good for his open wounds. I guess they must make it heal quicker.I guess they are on the cutting. Edge of surgery and um, uh, after surgery care, this place is a joke. When I brought my concerns to the lady, what she told me is "it's just a cat"!!! Are you kidding me right now? These people are right, totally unprofessional, not friendly whatsoever. And uh and frankly, she'd find aOf work to get into, because they don't need to be right. Doing surgery on animals that they then let sit in their own feces overnight. And why do they keep them overnight? Anyway, there's no one there watching these animals. The only reason that I can come up with is because it's more convenient for them. Don't trust me. They don't like to be inconvenienced, do yourself a favor and take your animal to a legitimate veterinarian and pay the money to get your You're beloved pet spayed or neutered, these people couldn't care less
May 22 · AndeeTook my cat to get neutered. They couldn’t do it because of complications, not a big deal. I pick up my little cat, and he’s covered with fleas. I’ve washed him so many times and even got him a flea collar. All to no avail. How do you take your cat to a vet and he comes back with fleas? Oh, also, they kept him over night and did not feed him. Andddd let him sit in his own feces and urine. This place sucks.
