One review, in particular, speaks to their handling of a heartbreaking end-of-life situation, highlighting the staff's "more than wonderful" compassion and support. They went above and beyond by sending a sympathy card with a pet's paw prints, showing a level of empathy that resonates deeply with grieving owners. Another review from a pet owner who traveled an hour and a half for care describes the staff and doctors as "amazing," "professional," and genuinely caring, and credits them for helping their pet on the "road to recovery." ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I recently had to cross my baby over the rainbow bridge and the staff here were more than wonderful. From making the call to arriving at the facility to helping me bring her in and giving me all the time I needed to sit with her, talk to her and just love on her. In a heartbreaking situation, this is the type of support you need. I'm almost certain that everyone there has to be an animal lover. I've never written a review for any place but the way they treated me and Momma D. really touched my heart. They even sent a sympathy card with a beautiful message and her paw prints and name printed on the back. Thank you again for handling me and my baby with so much love and care.
July 13 · Charlita DinkinsThis place was incredible. I had an emergency with my baby last week and had to travel here from 1 1/2 hours away and I was really upset when I got there. Every single staff member that I encountered was amazing. The staff and doctors all remained professional and super courteous. I was updated regularly and honestly feel like they genuinely care about each pet that comes through the doors. I’m thankful and blessed that they helped my baby on her road to recovery. Kudos to ya’ll! ❤️
March 11 · Toni MorganValor is a great facility that took care of us this week when we needed emergency services. Our 13 year old Aussie had been going downhill over the past few months with kidney disease, hip issues, and a few other things. Sunday was his worst day and it became evident he could no longer go about his day pain-free and needed to be put down. Our usual vet was closed as it was Sunday evening so I called Valor to see if I could get it done that night. The person on the phone was very polite and helpful (Tori I think?) and was supportive in telling me upfront what the cost and timeline would be. When I got to the clinic, Demi got us checked in and offered refreshments as we waited for our dog to get in-processed. She was very kind and made us feel welcome. The room they took us in to visit with our boy for the last time is very nice and private. It has a couch to sit on and some treats for the pets as a final gift. Once you’re ready, you touch a light that alerts the vet to come perform the procedure. Everything was professional and each employee we encountered expressed sympathy. Nobody wants to have to put a pet down, especially if you can’t be with your normal vet, but if you find yourself in a situation similar to ours, don’t hesitate to use Valor!
July 09 · Chris CouslerWe brought our golden retriever in when we noticed he was sick. He showed no sign of being ill until the day we brought him in. Sadly, he didn’t make it. However, this team did their best to save him and was so kind sweet and respectful with how they took care of Little Bit and kept us updated the full time. They even emailed us pictures so we could see him. They called us to come and say our good byes and was just the sweetest staff and doc. Even though it was a very sad situation they were there for support and love for our dog. They also help us take care of his end of life cremation. I would highly recommend them. The prices also wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be either.
July 22 · Sabrina PylThe team at Valor are the epitome of professional. They reviewed diagnostic procedures with me before taking my dog, Juno, to the back. When it was time to speak to Dr. Monceaux, she was kind, patient, and transparent in what we were dealing with. Although it was bad news and we lost Juno some hours later, the techs and Dr. Monceaux at Valor will forever have my gratitude for how they treated Juno and me. It may have been my first time there but I felt a level of support that I can’t imagine, I would’ve received anywhere else. Thank you Valor. Thank you so so much🐾🖤
