June 25 · Meagan BlackWe’ve taken all of our pets to Dr. Sturdy. Through 4 cats and more than 30 years, we have had nothing but great, caring service. They have always been there when we needed them. No long waits for appointments, ever. Mark and his staff are SO loving and caring to the animals. They will go above snd beyond to make sure they feel safe and loved. Mark gives compassionate, realistic care. He won’t put an animal through unnecessary treatments or trauma. As a testament to their care and guidance, our cat #4 has been an insulin-dependent diabetic for 7 1/2 years and is aging gracefully as a 19 year old. (7 years’ success with feline diabetes is an accomplishment!).Mark is the only vet for us!
June 03 · E SDr. Sturdy and the staff are amazing! They were loving, kind and patient when we had to put our Sweet (Dog-Son) King down. He was 12 and a half and the compassion shown to my family and I was truly remarkable ❤️😇🙏!
December 20 · Dr. Nalo Thomas MitchellSeems like a small town vet clinic that I will never return too. Walked in and it smelled like old cigarettes. Didn’t wait long for the visit but the vet comes out and takes my pet and just walks away no cue to come back with or anything. I end up going back as my pet is super anxious, vet barely said a word to me, asked me questions about what’s wrong and started randomly doing things without explaining, there was also another guy there who I assume was helping and didn’t say much either. What really aggravates me is that the vet kept dropping things due to his swollen hands, I’m not sure what from and I understand we all have things we are dealing with but to be giving pets shots or performing any type of procedure would make for an extremely unsafe situation for pets. The receptionist is nice but I won’t be returning.
October 15 · JvBella did great down there. The cost to live in this state is ridiculous. Crazy. Next year I will definitely have her registered in Texas.Vets A1. They have to pay the state I get it. Extra charge my girl is not fixed in IL. Wow.Again great vet.
