Roper Mountain Animal Hospital Reviews
I’ve have brought two dogs here..First one being my new puppy I got. Roper was so sweet in the first greeting giving her plenty of treats and a toy to take home to give her a great first experience at the vet. She has been there again for a wellness check and the pricing of the services was very reasonable. I like they don’t overcharge a crazy amount on medication and even allow you to use chewy to order.I’ve also brought my senior dog here (after having a great experience with my puppy and getting frustrated at another vets prices). We did lots of tests to figure out what was going on and unfortunately my dog declined rapidly after doing an ultrasound and finding a mass on her spline and ultimately decided to put her to sleep. The vet techs were patient with me as I had numerous breakdowns in their office. The team was very sympathetic and I’m sure that’s the hardest part of the job, watching someone lose their pet. I do wish the room selection and payment (not doing this in front of everyone but allowing payment in the room) was a bit more private for this type of thing but I guess they work with what they got.Overall I like that my puppy (now “dog”) has a reasonably priced vet she can go to that loves on her and gives great care
Jul 19, 2024 · Lisa BlevinsBeen my "go to" vet for our Rambo, GSD/Boxer/Chow(what a mix!) for 15 years and now our GSD named Bo. They love animals and our dogs have always loved them back! Top notch Doc's that are happy to see the dogs and cats grow and live long happy lives. Rates are very reasonable and all Staff is very friendly.
Oct 17, 2024 · robert papsteinThese people are the BEST. I’ve been bringing my dog, Koda, here for the past two years after switching her from another local vet that I was not a fan of. But roper mountain… they’re loving towards my fur baby and remembered minor details from previous visits. My dog recently had two knee surgeries and they also reevaluated them over a couple concerns I had. This was just for a blood work appointment!! They prescribed me medicine specifically for her allergy infection she has going on that also prevents an infection with her plate in both her knees. Every time I come, I always leave knowing my dog received the best care and I get the best medical advice WITHOUT breaking the bank.
Dec 02, 2022 · Ashley HWe had the BEST possible care our first visit at Roper Mountain Animal Hospital this past week! I’ve never had issues with previous vets, but after our VERY welcoming experience, the standards have been raised!! Every staff member went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable, while helping us understand and navigate our pets needs.Take your pet here!! You can trust they will be taken care of.
Dec 02, 2022 · Jenna BreznauI was referred to Roper Mtn Animal Hospital from my daughter’s friend who has bunnies. I took my sweet Holland Lop (Rolo) to be neutered this week. The staff was courteous, kind, caring and professional. The Dr called before his surgery and also the day after to see how he was doing. I feel very comfortable taking my bunnies here. Also their price was several hundred dollars cheaper than another area hospital that cared for bunnies.
