This article will provide a detailed look into the services and unique benefits that make Sea Paws Veterinary Services a standout choice for local pet owners.
The importance of a calm and stress-free vet experience is something many pet owners can appreciate. The reviews for Sea Paws highlight the exceptional level of care and empathy provided by the team, including Dr. Marcum. One client, in a moment of desperation after their dog was lethargic and refusing food, called Sea Paws and was seen within two hours. This kind of responsiveness, a testament to their dedication, is invaluable in a crisis. The client noted that Dr. Marcum and her tech "genuinely CARE about the patients that they treat," emphasizing that for them, this is "more than just a job." This level of service, where the staff takes the time to interact with the pet and ease the owner's anxiety, sets a new standard for veterinary care. For pets that are easily scared or nervous, having the vet come to them can make a world of difference, as one pet owner noted after a great first experience with their dog, Spanky.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1They were absolutely wonderful with our dog Peanut. He was refusing food & water, almost unable to walk, was lethargic, and over all was not acting like himself at all for the past two days. After calling a dozen vets in the area this morning, no one could get us in today and I was too scared to wait any longer. I called Sea Paws in desperation as I have never used a mobile vet before. They managed to rework their schedule to squeeze him in within 2 hours! While it is a little more costlier than I am used to - I still feel the costs were very fair and were not much more for such amazing service. Especially now that I already see an improvement from the medication they gave him within a couple hours.Dr. Marcum really took her time to interact with our dog and it was obvious that she and her tech genuinely CARE about the patients that they treat. This is more than just a job and it shows. I have never received this level of service at any vet appt in my life. Thank you SO MUCH for coming out as fast as you did and for helping ease my own anxiety about the situation. I read some bad reviews online that made me almost not give them a shot. I am beyond thankful I did not listen to those reviews! A++ service, care, everything! Thank you again! 🩺💉🐕
June 21 · Angela ProchazkaThis was such a great experience and a first for us with mobile vet services! Dr. Marcum and her staff were amazing with Spanky! I enjoyed visiting while they completed the exam and updating our precious pup on his shots. 10 out of 10! Highly recommended and we will be using Sea Paws in the future!! Thank you again Cindy & Anna!!
December 28 · Chelsea DurhamMy husband and I just moved onto a boat with our 2 senior dogs. My older lab mix was having mobility issues so I decided to call Sea Paws rather than take her in a car to a Vet clinic and I'm so glad I did! They were able to see me the same day and it was less stressful for her (and me). We were able to start a pain management plan right away and by that night she was back to her normal self. Thank you Sea Paws!
July 24 · Amber JacobyI used them for their home euthanasia and cremation services. My special needs dog, Joey, was in need to be put to rest in a peaceful and stress free environment. He has extreme anxiety and I wanted his last moments to be relaxed in the comfort of his own bed. There are not many of these home services around and I was grateful they could make the trip that day. It was worth every penny to know my Joe Bear was at total ease in his time of need. Please, if a trip to the vet is a stressful event for your baby, consider this services. It's heartbreaking either way, but I urge you to consider this peaceful in home method.
March 02 · Q BI am so grateful to Dr Marcum and her team. My senior Golden’s health rapidly began to decline over just a couple of days. She lost the ability to walk completely. I was home alone with her with no way of getting her in to the vet. I was given Sea Paw’s contact information by our pet insurance company. Everyone from the receptionist on were so caring and professional. Dr Marcum’s schedule was full but she offered to fit us in at the end of the day. From the time Dr Marcum entered my home, we were her only focus. She took her time with us. We did not feel like a work in at all. She helped us through one of the hardest things that I’ve had to experience. She was truly a Godsend. I cannot say enough for this business.
