★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I would not give this place even one star. It's a shame you can't rate a zero. They have absolutely no patience when dealing with dogs that have a past of abuse and handle their triggers horribly and unprofessionally. Not only was the staff themselves rude, but they also showed no care and compassion to a dog that needed a little extra time to adjust to a stressful environment. This was my second time there at South Mesa, and it was honestly the worst vet office I've ever been to. The staff repeatedly interrupted me when I was explaining my pups' triggers and made no note of it. They also refused to give Vaccines to my dog because he was agitated when having trying to get a muzzle on. However, I highly recommend Timberline Animal Hospital. They took me in the last minute and had the absolute best patience and care for my dog and made a very welcoming and safe environment. As a vet student and a past Kennel Technician, I would not trust this place with your animal's care.
June 13 · Maya RaoUnfortunately you have to leave a star, but they DO NOT even deserve a star, I took my dog in on 5.9.25 had blood work done and today is 5.29.25 and I have called 3 times requesting a call back and still nothing I requested all my dog's records to be faxed to another Veterinary office, and the new office I know 100% she will get the care she needs since she will be seeing Dr Davison formally a vet from this place that left. I do not recommend this place. My pet and I deserve better care and that goes for everyone for that matter!!!!
May 29 · Becky BurchI was very happy with the services I received. I found this veterinarian so much more personable than Petco or PetSmart and I like supporting a local veterinarian . I also didn’t get charged an arm and a leg. Fair prices certainly as expected. Thank you from a senior plus person With a senior dog!!! Love this place come check it out
July 08 · Mme CoquetteThe most disorganized mess of a clinic I’ve ever witnessed. Every time I went in, they had no idea what was even going on. Always a new staff and training brand new techs. The last straw was trying to get my new puppy in for diarrhea. They refused to see him and suggested ER for parvo. I clearly articulated his symptoms, none of which (aside from diarrhea) indicative of parvo, and they refused to listen or treat my puppy. I took him to Moore Animal hospital where they saw him immediately, were super friendly, professional, and organized (quite the change) and treated my puppy for Clostridium.Do yourself a favor and avoid this clinic. They literally called me today to schedule my puppy after they turned me away because they have no idea what’s going on.
July 16 · Justin TrammellReading the website, I was so excited a clinic could provide so much. I was referred to them by a vet as they could provide more. Unfortunately, even though their website looks amazing, they don't offer most of what is described. Some of their reception staff is very unhelpful and not knowledgeable at all (he told me Dr. Mooney didn't work there anymore...a review from 5 days prior was talking about how great Dr. Mooney was...). Maybe they have great regular care, definitely not what is described on the website. Their communication is less than desirable as well.
