★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. McLeod and her staff are AMAZING! If I could rate this vet 10 stars I would 🌟 Our 2 year old golden retriever, Toast, LOVES coming here. It makes me happy that we can confide in a trustworthy, caring, compassionate vet. We have been coming here since Toast was 8 weeks old. They always welcome Toast as soon as we step foot into their building with lots of hugs and pets! Best vet around!! So worth belonging to❤️😊 They treat you and your dog like family.
February 19 · Jules GrifkaHonestly I can not say enough wonderful things about Stony Creek Vet. The vet techs are so attentive, knowledgeable, come into the room prepared. The veterinarian’s are also super attentive, no matter what’s going on, they take their time focusing on your animal(s), their focus is 100% on your animal and all questions/concerns. I’ve never met other vets more knowledgeable, thorough, specific, and genuinely care. Bonus: Prices are actually affordable!
August 22 · Courtney DeWittI wanted to update my review with the last experience.Thank you Stoney Creek vet! We went in with a cracked toenail; came out with super short nails. Scout is moving around like she was two years younger! It make me so happy to see. This place makes it work and isn't about the money. They care about the dog. Did I mention she's a 80# fear biter? Not a problem for Stoney Creek Vet!
June 11 · Ed StatzerDr. McCloud is absolutely wonderful, and I have a reactive dog that doesn't do well (absolutely loses it really) when she sees another dog, and they are so awesome and accommodating - even a side door that goes right into an exam room so you don't have to wait in the waiting room like we couldn't, I was so embarrassed about her initial reactions and they made me feel so much better. Prices are very reasonable as well, and I am a 25 y/o who lives alone in an apartment. 12/10 recommend!
July 08 · Lexi LI am unimpressed with the service here at Stoney Creek. I've only been here a couple of times. I brought my poodle to this Vet based upon reviews. However, I have had better service from the front office to the actual visit with the veterinarian doctor elsewhere. There was at least one person that exercised great customer service and compassion, but I had no direct interactions with her. The follow-up from the labs was even a bit concerning. I was basically told that my poodle "most likely" has advanced stages of kidney and liver disease and that we are somewhat at a crossroad... Huh? I stopped the doctor and told her that I was confused with the conversation and needed to start over. I explained that I don't like speaking in hypotheticals, which is what we had been doing up to that point. For goodness sake, she asked did we want to just keep my fur baby comfortable, or? Again, we had not gotten a definite diagnosis at this point. She went on to say, "I'm not sure how far you are willing to go with this..." If I am not willing to go to the end with my fur baby, I wouldn't even have brought her in to be looked at. Where is the compassion? Our animals are apart of our families. Be a little more empathetic when dealing with your patients and families. This goes from the front desk forward.
