Animal hospital, Non-profit organization ★4.0

Got there at 8:40 and was able to walk in to get my paperwork started (in my car)! There is a QR code that can put you in a queue and let you know when it's time to head inside. The whole process went quickly! I got my "ready to line up group B" message at 9:04. The kind techs were doing their best while also training someone new. I was out of there by 9:50 for the basic canine shots and a heart worm test. Definitely the best place to take care of your pets!!!! - April Fontenot

Texas Coalition for Animal Protection Introduce

For Texas pet owners who believe that every animal deserves access to high-quality, affordable veterinary care, the Texas Coalition for Animal Protection (TCAP) is a trusted and vital resource. As a non-profit organization and animal hospital, TCAP is on a mission to end pet overpopulation and reduce euthanasia rates in North Texas shelters. Their Joshua location, along with several others across the DFW metroplex, provides a range of essential services for cats and dogs at a significantly lower cost than traditional veterinary clinics. This commitment to affordability does not come at the expense of quality; all services are performed by licensed veterinarians and a compassionate, professional staff.

TCAP operates on a philosophy of making foundational veterinary care accessible to all members of the community. They believe that by providing low-cost spay/neuter surgeries and vaccinations, they can proactively address the root causes of animal homelessness and disease. This proactive approach helps to improve the overall welfare of animals in the region. The clinics are designed for efficiency, often utilizing a streamlined process that allows a high volume of pets to be seen quickly and safely. Their goal is to ensure that financial hardship is not a barrier to providing a pet with life-saving preventative services.

Client reviews often highlight the positive and efficient experience. One customer praised the Joshua clinic for its quick process, noting that they were in and out within an hour for basic shots and a heartworm test. They specifically mentioned the convenient QR code queue system, which helps manage wait times. Another customer, who brought two cats in to be spayed, was delighted with the "very cheap, friendly competent staff who were organized and productive." This feedback underscores TCAP's ability to balance affordability with professional, caring service, earning the appreciation and trust of pet owners who rely on them for their family's health and safety.

The Texas Coalition for Animal Protection is located at 106 Conveyor Dr #100, Joshua, TX 76058, USA.
