Introduction / Overview
For individuals in Pennsylvania looking to welcome a new feline companion into their homes, especially a specific breed like a Maine Coon, thorough research and careful consideration of potential sources are paramount. This article aims to provide an overview of **Toropovamainecoons.com**, a entity that markets Maine Coon kittens, based on publicly available customer experiences. When seeking a new pet, particularly one that often involves a significant financial investment, understanding the background and practices of the provider is crucial for ensuring the health and well-being of the animal, as well as a positive experience for the new owner. This overview is intended to help potential pet owners in the Pennsylvania region make informed decisions, highlighting key aspects of engagement with Toropovamainecoons.com based on shared public information. It's important for prospective buyers to approach such decisions with diligence and an awareness of common concerns that can arise in the pet acquisition process.
Location and Accessibility
Toropovamainecoons.com lists an address at **533 Hellerman St, Philadelphia, PA 19111, USA**. This address places it within Philadelphia, potentially suggesting a local presence for those in Pennsylvania. However, it's important to note that customer reviews indicate that the physical location of the kittens themselves may vary, with some reports suggesting kittens originating from outside the United States, specifically Russia. One customer explicitly stated, "I had been informed that she is not in PA, and is in Russia with WildBeautyCoons. She told me they have 'multiple locations' and this is how they always have many kittens available." For individuals located in Pennsylvania, the accessibility of the physical address provided should be considered in conjunction with the reported origins of the animals. While a Philadelphia address is given, potential buyers should be aware that direct interaction with the kittens at this specific location, or verification of their origin, may not be straightforward based on past customer feedback. This highlights the importance of thorough communication and clarification of a kitten's actual location before proceeding with any transaction.
Services Offered
Based on the provided customer reviews, Toropovamainecoons.com appears to primarily offer the following:
- **Sale of Maine Coon Kittens**: The core service revolves around connecting individuals with Maine Coon kittens for purchase.
- **Online Communication and Transactions**: Interactions with potential buyers often occur through social media managers, email, and video calls (e.g., Zoom), with deposits and payments being processed online.

- **Kitten Delivery/Transfer**: Kittens are transferred to buyers, though the process and true origin can be unclear, as suggested by reviews mentioning kittens coming from Russia.
It is crucial to note that direct "veterinary care" services are not explicitly offered by Toropovamainecoons.com based on the provided information. Instead, they function as a source for acquiring kittens, with health implications often handled by the buyer's own veterinary professionals post-acquisition, as evidenced by the significant health issues reported by customers.
Features / Highlights
Based solely on the provided customer reviews, the following "features" or points of note about Toropovamainecoons.com can be identified, though many are presented as concerns rather than positive highlights:
- **Availability of Maine Coon Kittens**: They advertise and make available Maine Coon kittens, a popular breed.
- **Online Presence and Communication Channels**: They utilize platforms like Instagram, email, and Zoom for communication, which can offer initial convenience for inquiries.
- **Acceptance of Online Deposits/Payments**: The use of services like PayPal for deposits facilitates online transactions.
- **Concerns Regarding Kitten Health**: Multiple reviews indicate a deeply troubling pattern of kittens being delivered with serious health issues, including roundworm, Giardia, and other untreatable parasites. One customer stated, "The first kitten had roundworm and three different parasites — at least two of which are not treatable. ... This isn’t just a fluke — it’s a clear and deeply troubling pattern."
- **Discrepancies in Kitten Origin and Location**: There are reports of kittens advertised as being in Pennsylvania but actually originating from Russia. A customer noted, "It was only in this video chat that I had been informed that she is not in PA, and is in Russia with WildBeautyCoons."
- **Lack of Transparency in Documentation**: Concerns were raised about contracts not being signed by the seller, and a general lack of clarity regarding parentage information, pedigrees, and full veterinary papers. One review stated, "I requested pictures and information on her parents, and I received pictures of them- but they weren't any of the cats on their Instagram Kings and Queens. ... I asked to see her pedigree, vet papers, and more pictures and information on the parents because at this point, while I was provided images, I have no idea who these cats are."
- **Communication Issues and Unanswered Questions**: Customers reported difficulties in speaking directly with the primary contact (Alexandra Toropova) and a refusal to provide requested information or answer concerns, leading to deposit refunds rather than clarification. As one customer put it, "After asking these questions, they decided to refund my deposit instead of providing the extra information requested or answering my questions and wished me well... and ignored any and all of my advances to try and talk with them after this."
- **Significant Financial Implications for Buyers**: The initial purchase price, coupled with subsequent large veterinary bills for treating sick kittens, creates significant unexpected financial burdens for new owners. "The new owners often have no idea until the vet bills start piling up. It’s completely unfair to the people who spend their hard-earned money expecting a healthy pet."

Conclusion: Why this place is suitable for locals
Based on the provided customer experiences, potential pet owners in Pennsylvania considering **Toropovamainecoons.com** should exercise extreme caution and conduct extensive due diligence. While the entity lists a Philadelphia address and offers a seemingly convenient online process for acquiring Maine Coon kittens, the recurring themes in customer reviews raise significant red flags that directly impact suitability for local users seeking a healthy and ethically sourced pet. Concerns include a "deeply troubling pattern" of kittens arriving with serious, sometimes untreatable, health issues, leading to unexpected and substantial veterinary expenses. Furthermore, discrepancies in the advertised location versus the actual origin of the kittens (with reports of animals coming from Russia), coupled with a lack of transparency regarding documentation and parentage, indicate practices that are not conducive to a trustworthy and straightforward pet acquisition process. The difficulty in obtaining clear answers from the primary contact and the tendency to refund deposits rather than address concerns further suggest a lack of accountability. For Pennsylvania residents, who prioritize the health and ethical treatment of animals, and who expect transparency and reliability when making a significant investment in a new family member, the information available on Toropovamainecoons.com suggests a need for extreme vigilance and potentially, seeking alternative, more reputable sources for acquiring a Maine Coon kitten from established and transparent local breeders or rescue organizations. It is always recommended to verify all claims, inspect the animals and their living conditions in person, and obtain complete veterinary records before committing to any purchase.

Toropovamainecoons.com Reviews
Extremely Disappointed and Deeply ConcernedI don’t normally write reviews like this, but I feel obligated to speak up.We recently brought home a second kitten from this breeder, and within days he was diagnosed with roundworm, Giardia, and an ear infection. Shockingly, this is the second kitten we’ve received from them with serious health issues. The first kitten had roundworm and three different parasites — at least two of which are not treatable. The only reason we received a second kitten was because they “felt bad for us” due to the condition of the first kitten, who had come from Russia. They told us the second kitten would be coming from Philadelphia and would be much healthier. That was absolutely not the case. This isn’t just a fluke — it’s a clear and deeply troubling pattern. These animals are being sent to families sick and suffering, and the new owners often have no idea until the vet bills start piling up. It’s completely unfair to the people who spend their hard-earned money expecting a healthy pet — and even more unfair to the kittens, who are starting their lives sick, uncomfortable, and in need of treatment. When you’re spending thousands of dollars, you expect ethical practices and healthy animals. What we received — twice — was the exact opposite.I strongly urge anyone considering a kitten from this breeder to think twice. Do your research, ask hard questions, and don’t make the same mistake we did.
Jun 29, 2025 · AnneI am not sure about anyone's else's experience with these people, but I had a poor one.I fell in love with one of their kittens that they posted, and shortly after placed a deposit of $750 on her via paypal g&s. I requested pictures and information on her parents, and I recieved pictures of them- but they weren't any of the cats on their Instagram Kings and Queens. I was emailed a contract, and I signed it. I noticed the contract was not yet signed by the seller, nor was it signed with docusign, which is strange. In my previous experience in adopting a cat from a breeder he contract was already signed by the seller. When I requested a copy of the contract signed by the seller, the social media manager (who is the only person I was able to speak to during this time, not once had i been able to speak with the person who is the face of their page and the person i paid, alexandra toropova), she told me she sent it, and she did not. I re-requested for her to send it and if I don't get on email for her to send it to me via Instagram. This was ignored. We scheduled for a video chat, which we had via zoom. In this zoom call, it was me, their social media manager, and a Russian lady playing with the kitten. I was unable to see their face. It was only in this video chat that I had been informed that she is not in PA, and is in russia with WildBeautyCoons. She told me they have "multiple locations" and this is how they always have many kittens available. After the video chat, I had done some thinking as I was alarmed at them falsely advertising the kittens location. The next day, after thinking, I wanted to ask more questions and address some concerns about the matter in attempt to get some clarity and ease of mind. This was when I requested the copy of contract with sellers signature, I never recieved this. I asked for information on how she was able to come from the USA from Russia with such a low price ($2900) because in most cases, when you are adopting a kitten from EU, import fees are $2k+. I asked if I would be able to speak with alexandra because I found it odd that I have not seen or spoken to her once during this transaction. I asked who was with the kittens in russia. And I asked to see her pedigree, vet papers, and more pictures and information on the parents because at this point, while I was provided images, I have no idea who these cats are. Most breeders have proper information on all parents used in their program. There is absolutely no information on any cats in russia on their account, and the video the kitten i wanted, signed a contract for, and paid a deposit on (a white deaf kitten with blue eyes for $2900) was clearly advertised to be in PA.After asking these questions, they decided to refund my deposit instead of providing the extra information requested or answering my questions and wished me well, as in their words "it is very important to them that both parties are confortable during the transaction and i am showing uncertainty" and ignored any and all of my advances to try and talk with them after this. So many red flags here i would be extremely weary if looking to do business with these people.
