★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- My dog LOVES this clinic (as do I). Fairly sure he fakes injuries to see their team. Fantastic customer service and kindness offered from the moment I call, all the way through heading out the door! They are great communicators and are always willing to offer assistance. - All of the vetrinarians, vet techs, and staff are very helpful at Valley Vet. We’ve had spay surgery, they found an issue with my little fur girls teeth before she reacted and we had that surgery. They showed an explained what they did, called me 4 times to update me during the day of the surgery, called the day before to make sure I understood, gave me follow up instructions with cost estimates along the way. They hooked us up with the right food for one of my dogs after nothing was working to fix some symptoms she was having. I trust their recommendations fully and they do a thorough job at wellness checks to make sure we catch any potential health concerns before they turn into issues. I think their prices are fair from what I’ve checked. I’m sure there’s always someone cheaper, but I’d bet on Valley Vet being top 3 if not the best for care in the area. February 18 · M N
- Current review: DO NOT trust your pet or your $ with this vet. Im sorry to say as this vet has been a place we have trusted for over 30 years - but whatever has happened to this facilities great work is now gone. A $90 nonrefundable deposit is now required, which one can understand - but the visit seemed scammy with unnecessary testing suggested - but for piece of mind paid for same day labs (to clear up any urgent concerns) and never received results. I was told to expect a call in about 20 minutes . An hour and a half later, it took 3 calls to get someone on the phone, who dismissed my request and said i would get a call tomorrow. So much for in-house, same day labs. The next morning, it took over 30 minutes of calling to get ahold of anyone. Still no results. It's very frustrating to pay for expensive services, complete several follow-ups on my end, and a day later, still do not have any results. NEW UPDATE: Below, VV commented that "several attempts" were made. Im curious what that means, I did not receive any communication at all. NEW UPDATE: Labs finally received through an email. Elevated RDW values suggest improper phlebotomy procedures (poor technique in obtaining or processing blood samples). I could go on with other complaints - but if you're reading this far , a special credit to you. While I was at my appointment, another client was frustrated that her appointment was canceled without notification. Unsure the whole story, but it is just another example of challenges one can expect here.Previous reviewGreat Vet - beautifully renovated - short staffed, so a bit of a wait.Staff does a great job of working with nervous pets. Here is our cat trying to hide under his pillow. Staff provided the perfect support to keep him from freaking out. February 20 · LadyKing Cole
- I absolutely love this place. I've been taking my cats there for years. I have an elderly cat and they explained everything she needs July 04 · Elaine Larson
- I’ve trusted Valley Vet for my cats’ heath for years and I really appreciate how thorough they are. They also are willing to spend time explaining things further if I need them too. When my cat was diagnosed with diabetes, they walked me through all the steps and made sure I knew what I needed to do to give injections and check blood sugar. February 03 · Kristi
