★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1After a 15 year journey with my TECO🐶I had to make one of the HARDEST decisions ever😢 My furbaby had to be put down two weeks ago😩 I’ve been here once before to have some dental work done on him.(No complaints)👍🏽 As he got older he started having health challenges & I couldn’t afford the vet bills. Once I made up my mind to have him put down, I came here to Value Vet. The staff here was SO caring & friendly. Jo was the one helping us & she was VERY friendly & caring🫶🏽 They let me & my son stay with TECO through the whole process. It was really hard for me, but I couldn’t let my baby leave & take his last breath alone🙏🏽 After it was over they let us spend as much time as we wanted to say our final goodbye ( I must’ve cried for about an hour while I spent my last moment with him)😭😭 The staff later sent me a condolence card in the mail & they all signed it (that was very sweet) Thank you ALL so much for your patience, kindness, & support through this difficult situation🙏🏽 Value Vet staff was very supportive from the beginning to the end. God bless you ALL!!!!
May 30 · Nicole JacobsThe dude pope can’t even be called Doctor. He was so rough with my fur baby. I really don’t like the way he came in the room didn’t even address me or even looked at me or anything just literally went there. Didn’t even try to make my fur baby Feel comfortable. I will never take my fur baby back in there. all that complains are true. Do not take your pet there. He doesn’t care he’s grumpy and such a non-compassion human. the technicians show more compassion than he does. He just wants money. And tells you all this lame procedures your puppy needs and dental care. He put my baby needs better husbandry.. my child hair cuts are more expensive than the ones he gets. He even goes to the beach. I’m reporting his license. Talking about my child has flees. Dude what ?!! Flees where. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABY THERE. I will not stopUntil he stops practicing. You done pissed off the wrong one
July 02 · Chyna TownzI went here because it was close by and they were able to squeeze me in for a last minute late appointment. The facility is in a small house. It seemed a bit outdated, unwelcoming, smelly and felt unsanitary. The older, big guy vet was not welcoming at all and did not even introduce himself. He literally came in for less than a minute to check my dog’s ear to confirm that she had an ear infection and asked if she was spayed and then had the tech take over the rest without explaining anything himself. He had 0 bedside manner or emotion. He did not even feel human. I would not trust someone like him with my dog. Then he had the tech try to upsell me on all this extra medication that my dog did not need. They did not follow the proper protocols - they just wanted to overmedicate my dog for an ear infection. They did not even clean her ear out first or do a culture swab to determine what medication she would specifically need. And then of course my dog’s ear infection was not cleared out completely because they did not do it right by not cleaning her ear out first. I would suggest not going here unless you are desperate or looking for cheap, fast treatment.
June 11 · AN ZMy dog was a new patient being seen for a possible ear infection. We were able to get seen within hours of us calling. We were taken back before our appointment time. Everyone that we worked with was kind, efficient and explained everything. Thank you for a positive helpful visit.
March 27 · Chris TDon't go here. This vet is terrible and they tell you whatever they need to say to get your money. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS. The vet here told me my other vet was wrong and I only went there because it was a Saturday and they were closed. He recommended hospitalization, and tried to sell me dog food for my dog who hadn't eaten in 4 days. Wanted to do a fecal exam on a dog who hadn't pooped in a week. When I asked him questions he just raised his voice and wouldn't explain anything to me and left me to the vet techs who gave me contradictory answers. I quite literally hate this place, and wouldn't even let them put my dog down. They do not deserve your money if you love your pet. Needless to say my vet was right. They said they saw diarrhea in the xray and later that day he had diarrhea. The vet at value vet said that it's impossible to see diarrhea on an x-ray. He's just wrong. Trying to discredit others just to make me nervous and play on the love I have for my pets. It's not fair that he gets to practice. He's the worst kind of vet and the worst kind of person to be a vet. Don't go here.
