★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1First of all this place smelled very weird. Then I had to stand on a cold table in the middle of the room while everyone stared at me. Then they started to give me a yummy treat and then all of a sudden my butt hurt. I don't know what's going on here, but I don't like it one bit.~Rosie Mae, Kitten.I however found everyone to be friendly, professional, efficient, and very engaging. We bring all of our pets here and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They take great care of our furry family. Dr Hatch is the best.~Rosie's mom.
August 14 · phoenix 000033I recently adopted a puppy and decided to go here based on OHS recommendation. Everyone was friendly and very thorough with answering my questions. It was an overrall pleasant first visit. My puppy was obviously scared but they treated her well and offered a treat after getting checked out. We'll be back
July 31 · Michelle FrielinkOur lil’ Rascal gets good quality care here and the front seat people and the vets are amazing! I am grateful for them.
June 27 · Laura HillEdit to add: I spoke to Kyle for close to an hour in response to this review, he was very kind and went over things with me, it looks like there was a miscommunication with care credit and their staff that aided in the payment issue, he apologized for that, we went over the records and what my concerns were and saw that there was some misunderstanding in what I had wanted vs what was performed and we both agreed that they were correct in referring me to an allergy specialist. While I still do not appreciate the other managers way of handling things, I will say that the staff has always been nice and well meaning overall. (I have changed some of my review based on this conversation) the doctors mean well and do try their best to assist. Kyle has improved my view of this facility with the way he handled this review and taking the time to speak with me.------‐----This vet has had some miscommunicatios with me that caused some stress. My dog has had a ton of health issues and they wouldn't always listen to me. My dog kept presenting with yeast infection skin issues and they told me no and refused to test then wrote in my chart that I declined the test. I took him to another vet and they tested right away and he had yeast. For over a yr I kept telling them I think he has food allergies, they kept saying nope its environmental and nothing to do with food, got him tested hes allergic to soooo much in dog foods on top of the environmental stuff.I would run into issues over and over again and the manager (the gal) would just pick fights and escalate the situation and eventually she just told me that I shouldnt come back anymore since I didn't like their practices.Their front staff almost cost me several hundred bucks in interest on care credit because they (due to a misunderstanding as I have now been informed, see edit) and said the rules changed and that I could get the promo for under 200 bucks but since that was false it messed up my payments and if I hadn't been paying attention I would have missed the deadline.A front staff told me they deleted all my records after I said I would no longer be coming back anymore so when I needed them to send records to my new vet they weren't able to. They eventually found a small list of vaccinations but they didnt include dates in the format I needed. (Kyle has informed me that this is incorrect information and that its just a different way of accessing them and since neither of us are sure who it was its a possibility that they were newer and didnt know how to access it. He assured me they keep records)They were good when I first started with them but the doc I had seen left and I felt that things were not being cared for in a way I appreciated.
August 08 · Corinne RobinsonDo not recommend. Very poor care now and an overall lack of enthusiasm for their job and the services they provide. Lack of effort and caring all together. It used to be a good place for my little pal and I am taking him elsewhere for his well-being. No more. They will not cause my dog any further harm.
