Jun 22, 2025 · Debbie RA small communication issue, that I wasn’t even upset about, became a big issue because some people at this location have such horrible customer service skills.The doctor I spoke with said they would run a fecal test on my cat and I would have the results in 24 hours. I had called 48 hours later to get an update on the test and they texted me back saying that the results weren’t in and they would get back to me.Then I called again a week later, because I hadn’t heard back. They said they don’t know if the lab lost the sample but they don’t have it. After going back and forth it became apparent that THEY THOUGHT they told me to provide a fecal sample on Day 1 and they assumed the tech explained and provided me with a cup for the sample. By this time, two weeks had passed. After all that, I wasn’t even upset about it. I simply asked to be refunded. I was told by customer service that I would receive a call about the refund within 24 hours. A week later, I hadn’t received a call so I called them again. I could have been upset but I wasn’t. This is where things started to escalate for me.I was transferred to someone named Chamila. She immediately asked me to hold. I was on hold for over 20 minutes! I thought this girl must have forgotten about me so I hung up and called back. While I was talking to the new customer service agent, she called me back. She spoke to me with attitude and said her boss ok’d the refund BUT I COULD ALSO JUST BRING THE SAMPLE! She emphasized that last part like it was my fault. I explained it was too late. I went to another vet because I didn’t know what was going on at this location. She said I have to go in person for the refund. So reluctantly, I went.When I got there, there was a sign that they were closed until 1:30pm. I waited an hour. When they re-opened I was told I needed to wait for the person who can do the refund so I sat and waited. I wasn’t even upset. I figured I’ll get my refund and be done. Then someone came out and clicked around on the computer. She didn’t introduce herself or say hi. So I said Hi. I wasn’t sure if she was there to help me or not until she asked if I had a copy of my invoice for the refund. I said no, no one asked me to bring it. She looked me up with my phone number and then another person came out. Again, didn’t greet me or say anything just looked upset and then finally she said, “I don’t understand why we are refunding? What happened?” She never looked at me. She was so rude and I started to explain just like it’s written here. She cut me off a few sentences in. Wouldn’t let me finish. She began interrogating me. She insisted that I needed to tell her the name of my tech because it was their fault. I told her I don’t work there, it’s not my job to know that. I’m just here for a refund so I can go on with my day. She kept pushing. She kept saying she needed to know so they could figure out where the problem was but at the same time her tone was accusatory. I finally had enough because I didn’t go to be harassed , i just wanted to resolve the matter and go home but she was so rude I finally had to put my foot down and let her know how bad her customer service was. In the end, she said, “I can’t do anything else. I’ve already apologized several times.” That was just too much for me because she hadn’t apologized! She’s crazy. The whole time she just tried to manipulate and gaslight me. I look forward to speaking with corporate. If this woman had just walked up to me and simply said, “My name is … and I’m the manager. I’m going to issue your refund and I’m sorry you had a bad experience. Could you share a little more so I can understand what happened?” There would have been a completely different outcome. Like I said, I wasn’t really upset until she escalated it. Do not recommend this location. I am awaiting a callback from corporate.

The cat got well on his own and I never got his blood work results. I Call the vet multiple times but they are too busy. I think they take more pets than what they can handle to make more money. They care more about how much money they can make. My fault for trusting them.
