Veterinary Emergency Group Reviews
They are amazing! They got me in quickly, got down on our level and my dog was so comfy. Usually she’s shaking in her boots at the vet but that wasn’t the case here. They explained everything start to finish, they let you come back in the open concept area to see what’s happening to your pet, and all of the staff are just extremely kind and treat your pet like theirs. I will come anytime we have an emergency now!
Jun 09, 2025 · Jade WheelerDr. Wharrey And staff are fantastic and very compassionate. I was amazed at the Response time and level of care. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone with a pet emergency. Many veterinarians have the word hospital in their title name, but they are not emergency hospitals. This is definitely the place. I will come back to.
Jul 07, 2025 · Shari StackhouseHuge shout out to all the amazing women who helped care for our sweet man. From the front desk, to the nurses, to the doc, everyone was kind and compassionate. The constant gentleness and care they showed for Fezz was touching. I love the set up and being allowed to stay with your pet was very comforting to us (and hopefully to our pup). I hope to never need emergency care again but if I do we will 100% make the drive here again
Jun 08, 2025 · Samantha SinclairOur dog had a deep laceration on his paw that needed stitches. VEG was the recommended to us by a different emergency Vet that was full. Our dog was taken care of in a very timely manner which is not something you’d typically expect at an emergency vet but his care was very prompt. We’re very appreciative of the staff that helped us!
Jul 14, 2025 · Sydney SoudersThe best vet in the city. The best emergency vet in Cincinnati. I had to take my geriatric ferret here for emergency euthanasia. He got really sick really fast. It was terminal and he was in pain. The vet and techs took every possible step to make my ferret ( and me) comfortable. They even gave him a last meal plate of all his favorite things before he got put down. I mean they really go above and beyond. Jacob, who answers the phone and takes payments was so sweet from the moment I called before I brought my pet until the moment I left. He made a nose print and foot print of my baby and saved a tuff of hair for me to take home. This man even gave me a hug when I was crying. I mean the absolute sweetest most thoughtful vet I have ever been to. Not to mention, the prices are very reasonable. Not too high at all ESPECIALLY for the care my baby received. Thanks again ❤️
