Oakley Square Animal Hospital Reviews
Every one of my pets has been and are patients here. They listen, examine thoroughly, test if needed, and then respond with treatment. Doctors want to continue communication with you and want to know how their patients are doing with the treatment. When it is time to say goodbye, the whole staff is caring, supportive, understanding, and concerned about your family. I know this because they have been my family's Veterinary care for over 30 years.
Jun 21, 2025 · Melissa WilkersonSo impressed! They made us feel welcome immediately. My daughter recommended them and I couldn’t be happier. You can tell all of the staff members love animals. Professional. On time.
Dec 27, 2023 · Karin Langner (Rin)Oakley Square has been caring for our fur babies for nearly 18 years. We love the staff here and many of them have been there forever, which tells me they must be doing something right. They are kind, friendly and thorough. Dr. Bends has been with us through two crazy (high maintenance) corgis and just has the most gentle and compassionate bedside manner. I trust her and the team’s expertise and truly appreciate that they meet us where we are especially as our pups enter their golden years. Even when the office is busy they always take the time to answer all our questions and discuss everything thoroughly. I can’t imagine our pups going anywhere else.
Mar 26, 2022 · Jaime McDermottI think this is the time to take my dog elsewhere. I took him in for a routine check up a month ago. There, they told me if some of his issues continued, to call to get some blood work done. I called them a week ago and repeated this exactly. I emphasized I wanted to avoid the routine exam fee (they try to slide it under your nose everytime unless you specifically say not to beforehand) and just get bloodwork done. I arrive, and they try to give my dog a normal exam and didnt even know about the bloodwork. The doctor, who I could hear outside the door, wanted to do a nornal exam and make sure bloodwork was needed, although a different doctor told me it would be needed a month earlier. I decided to just walk out.The people who work the front and the vet techs are all quite kind, i just think this business puts profit over everything else. Also a clear communication issue here. I am going to find somewhere else to go.
