★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- VEG is the best, words cannot describe how pleased I am with my experience there!!! From the moment my pet, mom and I walked through the doors they made sure we got everything we needed. Normally I feel very anxious bringing my dog to any Dr visit because he tends to be very anxious/not super friendly but coming to VEG I had no anxiety and neither did my dog the good vibes there were really felt through both me and my pet. The price of things weren’t insane either, I know for some people that can be the first thing they think about but everything was so reasonable priced. Overall Theo and I thank you all so much for the OUTSTANDING care you provided us, we would truly recommend this place to anyone. July 24 · Brooke Phelps
- The entire team at VEG was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, their kindness and compassion gave me complete peace of mind, knowing my Abby was in the very best hands. Dr. Kane and her staff were absolutely wonderful—going above and beyond not only for Abby, but for me as well. As a cancer survivor, Abby holds an extraordinary place in my heart. She was a rescue, but she ended up rescuing me, detecting my stage 3 breast cancer. Her care means more to me than words can express.Every single person we encountered showed genuine care, making us feel welcome and comforted during such a difficult time. The thoughtful gesture of offering snacks and drinks for families waiting with their fur babies was such a rare and touching kindness. We are deeply grateful for the compassion and generosity shown to us and to our special Abby. Should we ever face another emergency when we return to Missouri, VEG will be the only place we trust with our babies. Your care and thoughtfulness will never be forgotten. ~Dnorth August 23 · Our Small Homestead
- During a difficult period, we made the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved pet. The Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) provided outstanding care and compassion throughout this challenging experience. Initially, the seizure was suspected to be related to his diabetes; however, a brain tumor was ultimately determined to be the likely cause. His health declined, including vision loss, disorientation, and incontinence, which became particularly evident during transport to the emergency room. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, both Keith and I prioritized his well-being, acknowledging his suffering and the need for a peaceful resolution. We are appreciative of the additional four months we had with him, made possible by the Veterinary Emergency Group. The financial investment was undoubtedly justified. It has since become clear that the seizure was unrelated to his diabetes. VEG provided a clean t-shirt for myself, and the manager assisted in cleaning the car. The staff at VEG demonstrated care and courtesy. I continue to grieve his loss daily, as he was truly the best dog I have ever known. Based on my experience, this is the best veterinary service I have encountered. August 18 · Joanne Klein
- Everyone at VEG - Brentwood was incredible. They took care of our cat Frank the best that they could. From Adrian at the front desk to the techs who helped like Hannah, to Dr. Collins. Just amazing staff all around. Thank you again for taking care of Frank and making me feel comfortable as well. Appreciate all of you. August 27 · Travis Klott
- I don’t even know how to start this review….The doctors and nurses at VEG saved my dog Arrow’s life! He had consumed a toy, and it was lodged in his lower stomach. It was at a critical point where he wouldn’t throw it up, and couldn’t pass it. Our options were mostly for surgery. They wanted to try to scope it out first before resorting to opening him….I don’t know how, but these women found it, grabbed it, and pulled it out safely with minimal healing or damage to him. It was a true miracle!!Dr Williams was our primary doctor who inserted the scope, and Dr. Cassie K was the one to clamp and pull out the toy. She had marks on her hands from the grip - but didn’t let go. I’m so thankful to all of them, truly! The nurses were so kind, smart and quick with anything he needed, and made him feel special and comfortable. Thank you to everyone there- I still have my precious boy because of you. ❤️😭🐾 May 04 · Mallory Minor
