Veterinary Surgery Center of Western NY Reviews
Dr. Collins and her staff are simply amazing!! From the consultation to the surgery to the aftercare they never make you feel like you are going through the process alone! Our Dog Apollo had the TPLO surgery 16 weeks ago and is now able to use his leg that prior to surgery he could only hold up on the air. We are in the process of scheduling the other leg to have the TPLO surgery. As scary as it is, I feel at ease with Dr. Collin’s and this team! They are second to none!!
May 18, 2025 · Joseph SDr. Collins has been nothing been amazing towards us and our pup. Our dog broke her leg and needed surgery urgently, so we reached out all over and Dr. Collins office provided quick responses, realistic costs, and got us in the next day. She took the time to go over everything after surgery and her staff is also amazing. Even after surgery - our dog was having stomach issues - and she was quick to answer and help out even though it was the weekend. Highly recommend.
