May 27, 2025 · eddie romeroThank you to Dr. McAllister and his staff for stepping in and diagnosing our dog, Rudy's sudden illness on an emergency basis as we were travelling from California across country. They were compassionate, thorough, and expedient. Dr. McAllister took the time to explain the situation and gave us assurance that Rudy would be back to normal after an overnight stay. His personable and friendly approach was superb. If we lived locally, Village Veterinary Hospital would most definitely be our animal health care provider! Carol and Ken Frost

May 09, 2024 · Greg PrudencioWe found a new regular vet! Both doctors we've seen and staff at both our visits were very patient and knowledgeable. My dog is very unpleasant at the vet and they took the time to calm her down and evaluate her when other vets we visited would only say they can't evaluate her thoroughly because she's too anxious/upset to cooperate. 10 stars if I could for being caring and knowledgeable!
Feb 16, 2025 · HannahMy family has brought our animals to Village Veterinary for years. Unfortunately, the last couple of incidents have made it to where I will probably not come back. About a year or so ago, I found lumps on my dog. I took him to Village Vet to have them looked at and was told that he needed to be put under so they could remove the lumps. I don’t particularly like the idea of putting him under anesthesia, so I took him to another clinic for a second opinion. The second veterinarian tested the lumps and found that they were benign and didn’t need to be removed unless they were affecting my dog, which they weren’t. Fast forward to this week, where I took my dog back to Village Veterinary for what I thought was an ear infection. I was told again that I would need to put my dog under anesthesia so they could clean his ear. Never once contradicting that he had an ear infection. Again, not a fan of anesthesia, so I took my dog back to the same second veterinarian for another second opinion. They told me that he didn’t have an ear infection, instead he was having an allergic reaction to something and his ear was a result of him scratching. There was nothing deeper than surface level. I feel like I wasted my money going to Village.
