Washington County Vet Hospital Reviews
Having recently moved to Rhode Island I needed to find a vet for my two dogs. One dog needed ACL surgery and both dogs needed annual vaccinations. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with everything from the start to the finish from the receptionist to the doctor from the actual office. Everything was phenomenal. It was the best move. I could possibly have made for my pets. Thank you so much and I will continue to see you on a regular basis.
Apr 25, 2025 · Carol PederzaniThis office has exceptional doctors and support staff. Efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. We have been going to them for many years. They have always taken excellent care of my many animals. My dog Ida loves them all.
Mar 31, 2025 · Carla DavisHad a follow up appointment with Dr. Levy for my dog’s eye, following an urgent care visit. Her and the technicians were very professional and kind and was seen right on time. Dr Levy suggested a conservative approach which was a relief to me. My dog has responded beautifully. Much appreciated!
Jun 08, 2025 · Catherine TrebinoWashington County Veterinary Hospitalis an excellent place for receiving care for pets. All the staff works diligently to make it a good experience for the pet and their owner/caregiver. It’s not an easy job! The staff isn’tnecessarily fluent in the particular pet’s language. And some animals become extremely non-complainant b/c of fear ~ they may be in pain or have had a less than pleasant experience in the past……or even many. So, usually, it takes a bit longer to be seen than expected. But everyone, the Veterinarians, as well as the staff, make a stellar effort. (When my dog refuses to get onto the exam table, his doctor sits in the floor to examine him!) Everyone there, each staff member and each of the Vets, is kind and compassionate and the Vets do their best to keep the costs down. However, having a pet is expensive and it’s important to be aware of that before making the commitment. Even when your pet will be a rescue ~ it’s definitely worth reading more than a brief paragraph about wthat particular breed before taking the pet home! It’s a big commitment and you don’t want to short change your pet by not getting him/her/them the best care. That’s why I continue going to Washington County Vet Hospital ~ because the Vets know what they’re doing and provide top notch care.
Mar 22, 2025 · Wendy WarburtonAMAZING care! I cannot say enough good things about South County Vet and especially Dr Otis! He has been caring for our pets since 2004 and has treated them as if they were his own, with the type of compassion you don’t often see these days!
